No way it'll happen at this point, but it would've been nice to get started on the Green Belt Projects. "We made a new public park system! (it's designed as a fortification)" just feels quintessentially GDI.

The enhanced Tib Spikes don't cost PS anymore they are now a proven tech.

The Enhanced Harvest spikes, while not politically uncomplicated, are becoming a proven technology, and with iterative improvements in the design, are becoming less controversial, especially as they aid in reduction of the problems of subsurface tiberium.

With this we will have finish the blue inhibitors and probably the yellow ones. Between these and Tiberium spike it will be 12 to 14 yellow underground(depending on last yellow inhibitor) and 2 Red underground mitigation without stretching any of our military.
