Really tldr is we're seeing things like parliament saying they want more agri. So, finishing off the reforestation and putting some dice into basic food. There's the karachi which has been promised since forever and everyone has. Plus the tiberium surveys.

Heavy industry tries to study microfusion, plus throws some dice at robotics. light industry goes into labour. Orbital gets a free dice and a whole bunch of lunar love. Aldrin first phase should complete as well as completing a homesteading phase, and it even tries to expand the mines so the homesteads have tunnels to build into.

Services goes for the portals. Looks at the hardlight tech. plus finishes off evas. and also expands hospitals now we're freeing up some medical staff thanks to the autodocs, so medical care is better reaching the rural areas.

Military has the dice into steel talons, trying to comlpete armoured vehicles and glide munitions, a bunch of dice and even a free dice go into making sure our zone armour factory's are expanded to keep up with production needs.

I think it fro crit success's. It was a 50 followed by a positive? (I think I saw that stated months ago) if thats the case then Aldrin Planned City got 2 unless it has to be in the 2 dice pair. then its just 1. Or I'm wrong and thats not how it works.

thats a huge push...hopefully we can keep up the abatement enough to start saving the earth from tiberium fuckery...then again its gotten way into the mantle and possibly the core.
I'm pretty sure that underground tib survey we just completed is gonna show us that any hope of saving the earth through abatement is a pipe dream.

All we have done is buy time and save lives (which are admittedly very important and good all on their own)
 
Won't lie, I laughed when I saw the VI crit-failed.

Everything else seems fine. Military in particular is on the ball. Very glad to have both versions of the Particle Beams complete.
 
Honestly, I'm hoping we can just fund the EVAs again and redevelop them. If they suck, we won't do anything with them.

Narratively, we might be running up against EVAs gaining awareness and screaming themselves to death.
