The two dice on Enhanced Harvest Tiberium Spikes has me especially scratching my head. I don't think that's going to do anything but give us a bit of income, and less efficiently that all our other +income options. I don't think we're going to get options to seriously address underground tib until after we finish the survey.

We now know in character that enhanced harvest spikes can be used to actually steer the growth of Tiberium.
This is incredibly important as a first step in trying to not let Tiberium get deeper underground and to delay/prevent Tiberium contact with magma which would ultimately destroy the planet.
The income bonus is tertiary.

To be fair that extra income is absolutely coming from deep underground tiberium being brought up. Very little of the extra harvest is from induced growth.

I still think inhibitors are more effective though.
