The description does say it will probably help food production.

And with farmers potentially losing jobs because of mechanization, they could go to Shala with its demand for competent farmers. Shrug.
Ehhh, maybe. To be fair if we have six other bays running at once, it probably will take more than the 1000 people who live permanently on the core station to keep everything running, I guess?

In regards to those comments:
1) I think we want to actually build the Phase 7 and possibly Phase 8 fortress towns before we go for Karachi, if practical. This consolidates our defensive frontiers and means we have more ability to redeploy mobile assets to support Karachi (e.g. fighter jets in BZ-4 and BZ-18 can be spending more time ready to counter al-Isfahani's bomber raids and less time swooshing around looking for random light vehicle incursions on the frontier).

2) Okay.

3) Uh... thanks, I think. Personally I think we can't really afford to stop doing vein mining at the moment; there's just too much more +RpT required for the Plan commitments. Chugging along at 1-2 dice per turn until the Doruma analyses make it clear that doing so is unnecessary seems like a good idea to me, especially now that Red Zone MARVs are no longer providing much +RpT

4) The reason I'm putting Erewhon on Columbia is because I don't actually mind waiting until 2064Q1 to finish it in a worst-case scenario, because I don't expect Shala to be finished anyway. Shadows takes the opposite task and kind of rush-job pushes Shala to get a decent completion chance this turn, which in turn makes it more worthwhile to put a full die on Columbia.

5) Again, I'm worried someone will yank the rug out from under us if the project isn't complete. I don't think the chance of completion on one die is high enough to matter; a 12% chance of wasting a die just isn't enough to frighten me.

6) The InOps thing? I think we'll have enough money; it'll be fine. Especially since I don't really plan to need to spend more than one die on portals next turn.
1: I've kinda come around on Fortress towns, so I see that.
3: I actually kinda want to do Deep Red Glacier Mines for income, 2 dice on them has a 54% chance of completion, swapping the dice from Containment Lines would likely not overtax Zocom.
4: Valid in those terms, but I think having Columbia completed for elections would also be a worthy goal.
5: I don't think it would get yanked out from under us, but I can agree on the numbers.

And Now For Something Completely Different!
I did another probably-silly plan which gets a start on some of the projects we'll want ready before going into Karachi, and also goes "yes, we will have enough Capital Goods to do PMM".

We'll be doing Karachi starting in Q4 2064, yes.

I considered deep glaciers, but decided to pass in my Plan. I don't think super glaciers would put much extra stress on ZOCOM. After all, the purpose of RZBOs are to drive right up to the damn things. Doing the glaciers is just setting up the mining complex and getting going. But we're doing well enough with our current budget that I figured working on other things worked better for the moment, and containment lines is probably less straining than Deep Red operations in any case.

[X] Plan Repulsorplates Tiberium Spikes and Islands oh my
[X] Plan Levitating Up To Boston

I would prefer it if the Navy would stop being too conservative in their plans again. This mostly was because of our... priorities to the other branches but we need to make sure they do have offensive classes so that when we have a Black Sky Navy it would not be a mess when we plan planetary assaults and the Navy doesn't have the institutional experience for this.

[X] Plan Attempting to Have Both Industrial Projects

I'm single issue voting for stealth disruptors here, honestly.

Hmm, three plans ahead of me, and all of them desperate for Islands. I see what's going on here.

Fools! So afraid of losing even the tiniest bit of control that you refuse to accept that there will always be missed opportunities! So insistent on proving you're right! It holds you back, and one day you'll see! You'll all--

[I am clubbed unconscious and dragged away by InOps]

(/s)

I realy want to do Predictive Modeling Management, as it makes disasters like the tiberium mine we had this turn far less likely to occur as the odds of a pair of D50 both rolling 1 is 1:2500 vs the 1:100 odds of a nat one we have now.

I would need to go back to when we made the deal with InOps to be sure but I'm half certain that the deal is for 60RPT a year with any more given in said year being a welcomed bonus rather then 4 sets of 60RPT in total.
The deal is for 240RpT total.
They are asking for you to turn over 60 rpt starting no later than Q4 2062, another 60 rpt no later than Q4 2063, another 60 rpt no later than Q4 2064, and then a final set of 60 RPT no later than Q4 2065. So, by the end of the plan you are turning over 240 resources per turn.

the only issues I find with your plan are the tib spikes and not doing the last phase of Alloys since that one gives a 10% increase to tib income
Well, for Tib Spikes we found out we had accidentally driven tiberium to spread underground with our early inhibitors. Tib spikes is the only thing we have available at the moment that lets us pull tiberium and might potentially improve our understanding of the tech involved and lead to new projects.

And the 6th phase of alloys doesn't improve income by 10 percent. It reduces the cost of tib mines by 10.

Certainly not a bad bonus but definitely a lower priority than a 10% increase in mining revenue.

We should go back the remaining alloys after we take care of Boston and Repulsor Plants. It may not be much discount but it would probably have some narrative effects or additional bonuses

Oh, for sure.

But unfortunately it might be a while. We have a large project required by the plan, and I would say at least 3 other projects that are more important to do before that. Repulsorplates, isolinear chips, and the robotics factory (and that's a huge project).

Repulsorplates because they would help the economy and be very useful for the large amount of vehicle redesigns we're close to. Isolinear because it will probably pair well with a completed Boston. And Nuuk robotics because it will hopefully help with our labor shortage by providing a infinite army of robots!

So probably a long way off from phase 6 of alloys.
