Maybe I am misunderstanding but isn't this suggesting if we start the refit and go slowing at it, or say let the refit department do it without help, that it will be rendered nigh useless?

This sounds like one of those things you rush before a military action to take Nod by surprise.

Nod needs time to rollout such changes too, and it's not as if Nod can't find out their ECM technology has been deeply compromised already. They're pretty good at spying and skullduggery.

Rather, this is GDI making use of an edge it has gained and setting up the field so that, even when Nod starts switching things up, it has everything in place to keep pace, rather than lag behind as it has done before.

@Ithillid Can you provide more information on what a nuclear exchange would look like?
Short version, bad. Long version, very bad.

More seriously, nuclear exchange weighting depends on exactly who is lobbing devices. If you are looking at the general Brotherhood as a whole deciding that it is time for humanity to die, well, humanity dies. If you are looking at what one person can do, say Al Isfahani, you are likely to lose about half your Tib refining capacity, go double digit negative on capgoods, and a few other things. well, barring functioning SADN anyway.

Simon, maybe throw AAs at Zrbite, and focus Mil dice at SADN?

And also, as mentioned Inhibs are not applicable to BZ-6 for now, so maybe BZ… which zone is US East Coast?

This is Simon's plan, but modified to my preferences. Which is to say I swapped out the die on Dairy Ranches to Agriculture Mechanization, changed Forgotten Experimentation to Tiberium Wildlife Experiments, and made Combat Laser Development the Steel Talon project. Makes the plan very slightly cheaper, though I don't feel that's important, but doesn't otherwise change the Energy and Capital Goods counts.

Edit: Simon voted for my version, it's only right I vote for his.

Like the plan, but as mentioned earlier, maybe swap Mil dice on Zrbite with 2 AAs and send 6 Mil dice on SADN?
Or maybe 1 Mil and AA on Zrbite, 5 Mil and AA on SADN?
To Maximise SADN Progress.

I'm 99% sure AA dice can't be used on their own, and the other options require more maths then I'm confident in doing. If someone else can crunch the numbers I don't have a problem with it.
