It may also hasten the advent of our third-generation STU-making refineries, since Nod reportedly uses repulsorplates to handle tiberium in refineries and our repulsorplates are unequal to the task.Something something tech devs are more than the sum of their deployment projects. Pushing hover development along is important, what we learn now will make it easier to refit next gen vehicles with hover once STUs become more available because it allows the base chassis to be better designed with them in mind.
You're not wrong. I'm hoping to catch up on modeling next turn; the reason it didn't make the cut THIS turn was the twin pressure of needing ion power and needing to do a bunch of vein mining.Lastly since it's now between Halloween and space, I'd be remiss if I didn't point out that only space has tiberium modeling between the two of them. Considering all the trouble we've had with tiberium harvesting operations, I feel that modeling is mandatory and we don't know the lead time on it yet. Best to do it now.
While I consider us going to DAE at this time to be something of a setback, it is a minor setback in practice. A slight reduction in the peak potential efficiency of conversion of Heavy Industry dice to Energy; we can live with it; it just means a few more Free dice have to go to Heavy Industry and a few less to other things.Sigh...
I fear we will be down two dice in a bit. Unfortunate.
Oh well.
We are currently 1 die off the cap though. If we recruited another person that gave extra dice, we'd have to do this.Sigh...

You misunderstand. We are currently 1 die off the cap though. If we recruited another person that gave extra dice, we'd have to do this.
Yes, but there isn't much chance of us actually doing that any time soon, as far as I can tell.We are currently 1 die off the cap though. If we recruited another person that gave extra dice, we'd have to do this.
As I said, Department of Munitions will be fine; it effectively just locks us into pursuing certain specific optional projects very efficiently, as opposed to pursuing other optional projects of our choosing less efficiently. You misunderstand.
I'm fine with doing it.
I'm just not fine with doing it now.
I'd much rather wait until we finished the plan goals. And in heavy industry's case, the alloys as well.
I'm not in charge
Might be a good idea to get at least phase 1 of SADN online before we start construction?
Alloys plan doesn't have SADN either, so if we're doing it we're doing it in Q1 2063 anyway.A few, I think. We can do 4 dice SADN, 2 dice Zrbite, 1 dice Steel Talons projects for our base 7 Military dice in Q1 2063. I'm assuming at this point the Space plan is going to win.
