Something I think is currently being slept on is the hospital bay. Space is the second-most hostile environment we've ever encountered, and that's not helped by the overwhelming majority of the work currently being experimental heavy industry and resource extraction. Getting a fully featured hospital set up on orbit is very important. Workplace injuries and deaths are going to just be a fact of life at our current tempo of colonization, so getting a proper surgical suite and medical staff up there ASAP seems a worthwhile investment in preserving our expensive and highly limited space-experienced workforce. We might also want the transport bay to make getting to and from the hospital that much easier, too, but first priority is building the hospital.

You only have 7 dice on Military and are using Free dice outside of Tibeirum.

On Chicago, it basically comes down to "we need about twelve dice to finish, this is X out of twelve." Unless you're spending 10+ dice, I don't think there's a realistic chance of project completion anyway.
It's not about building it in one turn but starting the damned thing in the first place.

If it was me, I'd definitely want two dice on fusion power. Since that's all we can commit, we kind of need to commit as many as we can every turn, for fear of a low roll turning into a seriously harmful delay in the project.

Especially if you're not planning to push Bergen and open up more fusion dice in the near future.

Because unless we're going full bore on liquid tiberium power in all its terrible controversy, we need to be turning out new fusion reactors in a timely manner, and quite soon.
I'm more focused on Chicago this turn then trying to rush out fusion reactors which we can still work on even if it's only one or two a turn but I will be putting some dice towards Bergen next turn.

Bear in mind that we're about to take a -60 RpT hit to the budget. I, for one, would be afraid to write a plan that doesn't have any immediate plans to recover that income, even if it meant putting off things like the IHG refits and the inhibitors.

I'm not sure if its important enough to divert dice to immediately, as the description of the project does say the stations are 'generally decently equipped with medical supplies'. Given that we were having casualties during the construction of Columbia just last turn, I think constructing the Hospital Bay immediately is a priority.

I thought that tag meant that the Department of Munitions will produce the glide bombs that come out of the development project, but we still need to do the development manually?

looking at GDSS Shala Bays, We can get one of each besides one. So I would want to cut of the core crops bay(and/or the habitation one if we grabbed the Spaceport Bay from columbia which I'm all for), since based off the text thats whats already being grown in the rest of the station.
