Because their not enough to reach the next vote bracket for the parties their being promised to and since promising something with a higher amount when it has levels, like going for 120 con goods instead of 100 for FMP, apparently counts as both promises the extras would be a bit of a waste.

Drop the reforestation prep. The Biodiversity Party is just too small for us to care enough about them to actually obligate us. If we have slack or think its a good idea, sure, but don't actually obligate us.

I will consider that but it's not really a reason to keep the grants since they are not enough to get more votes from the FMP or Market Socialists.

One thing we could do is to fund edutainment production. About the work of Treasury, How It's Made, unbiased history documentaries and biographies, shows about the daily life and history of people all across the world, space and science documentaries, and so on. Maybe not quite nature documentaries though, those could get a bit depressing.
Intended effect is a mix of +ConGoods, +PS, raising the average education level a bit, and deradicalizing the population.
A follow-on could be Radio/TV Free Earth, where we broadcast select programs into the YZs.

Doing both since I like Simon's plan and don't want to split the vote on IF. I would rather we don't freeze them out and radicalize them but don't care enough about the issue to let the plan possibly fail.

That is actually 80 total, 40 of which must come from Agriculture.
The Agriculture goal only establishes what share, in absolute numbers, of the required ConGoods growth comes from Agriculture.

I was going to vote for this plan then i saw it was promising five, 5! phases of blue zone arcologies. Please change it for income instead.
Chicago and Karachi already use up half of our infra dice. Five sets of arcs require us to use free dice and Will Stop Us From Doing Anything Else.
I know we can use HI and Tib dice, well Tib dice, to build them with. Our HI dice are all going to be locked doing other things.
Really i just don't want to make promises that require us to use free dice to potentially meet them.
