Good news is that right now the Steel Talons are also interested in systems (such as shield tech), so we aren't technically ignoring them right at the moment.
It's nice that there interested in it and all but we now have a requirement to build all of the current Steel Talon options and at least one factory of each the longer we put that off the more rushed we'll be with it by the end of this plan. So I'd prefer to do it now then later.

Then you probably want "Plan I will get off this rock and take you with me" or "Plan Wartime Factory Refits and orca's". Because any plan that has us developing sonic artillery is going to delay any development of Havocs for at least two additional turns, since they occupy the same dice niche. If we have one, the priority for the other goes down significantly.

I'm mostly OK with a 9% chance of failure.

I'm more worried about income at this point, actually. We would need a budget of around 680 RpT to have our current glut of deployment projects--at 15R/die--be affordable without sacrificing elsewhere. That mandates two glaciers or one glacier and two stages of RZ Mining.

Far too late in the voting process for my proposal to get much traction after modification, insofar as it differs from the leading plans. Personally I question the advisability of abandoning plans to get two phases of glacier mines this turn, though...

@Derpmind 's plan doesn't invest enough in the Philadelphia for me.

I respect this plan. My first thought was that @Void Stalker could afford to flip one shipyard die to fusion because with only one phase of glaciers on the table it's not as critical that the shipyard project finish next turn, specifically... but then I realized that @Void Stalker 's not doing a "Plan B" option like a die on commsats to reduce our exposure in case of failure. With the shipyards being such a load-bearing element of the plan, he's right to go for three dice the way I was doing in "Surefire Shipping," I think.
