Ok ill be honest id prefer the yellow zone volunteers if only because it gives me something to write about for a sidestory but the Qatar Loyalists sounds like theyd make for a more !entertaining! narrative

We really cant afford to activate more infra dice while at the same time service will always have projects so getting more progress there will be useful, more so as service contains one of the 2 ways we have to boost PS currently.

Dr Takeda because we have a -1 penalty to military dice currently, he puts us at +2 and adds a 4th military dice for us to use to fulfill our promise to implement half of the military programs.
