The only magic regular dragons have is the magic that allows them to fly and breathe fire. Their fire may have special properties, but that's pretty much it.

Sorry about that. Changed the numbers appropriately.

At present I'd say the Empire is, Geographically, roughly the size of mainland France, perhaps a bit smaller. Mind you a lot of that area is monster-infested forest or mountain ranges.

  [X] Bottom Rung: The latter of the compromise options. Gwyndlyn will be in line for the throne, but she will perpetually be the last in line. The only way she will be named Empress is if every other potential heir is dead or otherwise unavailable. The nobility aren't likely to protest this, as if every other heir is dead at the same time they'll likely have much bigger problems to worry about.

Well the artuficial crit netted us the political info, so a trade mission would be next.

The border towers should be built too, but their priority will depend on other stuff.

For the Yaks our best bet is to open relation with the Raw Hides for trade along with The River Walkers. One is the closest to us and the other has access to major river networks that go to the sea and would let us trade in most of their area.

Depending on what the rumor mill is will decide on just what we do for defense. If it is hostile contact then we concentrate on them. I don't think it is that bad it was after all only a Bare Fail that means any negatives from it are going to be fairly workable. With that I think we should either start fortifying the passes to the west or the south depending on which side is the bigger potential threat.

can't wait to see who will be! mlp does not lack interesting races. I kinda hope (and fear at the same time) for changelings, dragons or equestria, though i'm really fine with anything.

I am fine with most groups except Equestria. I want to deal with them much later on after a few generations of rule for our family. The two sisters already have a major advantage over us due to their massive magical abilities. Not to mention the rest of pony kind have access to magic as well. I want us to have pushed forward on technology and if we can find other magical races to trade with and incorporate new magi-tech before we talk with the ponies.

Well according to the map the only places to settle would be the mountains between or the empty plains or the yaks territory. so not much option for us west unless we go far into the territory.

We need to be able to respond to things out there first. That means at least building the fortification of the passes first. Those will be the first forces able to react to the needs of the frontier.

No there is plenty of territory before the Yak' territory that is the same kind as our core regions the Yaks don't claim any of it.

And where does it say that i thought the mountains where what was at the edge of our territory of aquilias?

Maybe someone can come up with town and city names and find places to put on the map, I wanna know what we have in our territory. Do we have three big cities with small towns around them? Or are we splattered across the territory.

He already answered that we are about the size of france as for the yaks just compare it to us i guess.

Edit: based on the map the yaks all together are roughly half the size of us give or take.
