I will say you did miss one more "obvious" reference and I put one really obfuscated one in one of the characters name, I will say that the really obfuscated one is related to the character used for the picture. First one that gets the less obvious one gets an Omake about what ever they wish. (Lets all watch as manofjay increases his work load.)

What do you think would be a bad flashback? None of the squad has a particularly tragic backstory for there to be any sad flashback to.
Is for random anime guy that was obvious? Cause he seems like every overconfident asshole character rival from most anime.

The issue isn't is she a flight risk the issue is that not only do we have no reason to trust her but she is a clone that we have no idea what was done to her. Plus putting a weapon back on the battlefield after we removed it from that situation is not a smart thing to do or even ethically smart.

I'm inclined to agree. Frankly, there's still the risk that she only wants to be put back into the field because of ingrained mental patterns rather than a change of heart. Even if she doesn't go rogue on us it's hardly the right thing to do.
Whoever recommended we give her the Suit is out of their gourd and ought to report for psychological examination.
