Counter Attack-Battle Turn 21
Gungnir, what is Gungnir? As you repace your MSSaR's battery, your eyes scan across the black looking for any sign of TZ's last resort. As you search the battlefield for Odin's spear you hear Shin let out an uncharacteristically wild yell and charge past you. As he speeds toward the White Wolf, he firers his 180mm as fast as he can work the action.

The white Zaku is hit by the first round, but quickly spins to face Shin, the wolf's MS bobbing and weaving- no dancing though the next two rounds.

Eh, While shooting him with his own trump card would be cool to see I am not confident that he would not just use some special ability to survive it anyway. Plus I feel this is a risk of friendly fire with this thing.

I think it would be better to disable the device, Hopfully perventing whatever they have planed for it. Besides then we would not be fighting on a timer anymore.

We need to stop the cannon first before we worry about helping out our team. We have a mission and it most come first here.

If we deal with these guys this cell is done completely. That means we would have wiped out two cells ourselves and taken out three of the leadership Aces. Depending on who Zeon takes out and considering they have Char leading their task force I would be surprised if they haven't wiped out a cell themselves and killed another of the leaders. But we need to figure out who is funding them in order to truly take them down.
 
One thing that came to mind for who might be funding them could be a faction of Zentradi. Granted I have no proof of this other then there being the possibility that True Zeon is already making clone soldiers long before we even discovered that being a possibility with Zentradi medical technology until just before this attack.

Of course Zeon might have not been completely honest about all the things True Zeon had stolen from them earlier.

Anyway it's mainly wild guess on my part that will probably turn out to be wrong. For example I don't have any real reason for why Zentradi would be motivated to fund True Zeon as a opposed to just sending in a fleet to kick our teeth in other then them wanting to be clandestine about it for some reason, or maybe intel gathering.
 
The Zentradi don't know there is a world here. They only found Earth while they were looking for remnant forces of the enemy they were made to fight.

As for cloning we knew about cloning already in the UC TL. It was already possible but the machines and tech we got from the ship made it much easier, cheaper, safer, faster, and more effective clones. Also we don't know what she is I don't even think she is a clone.

The possibilities that come to mind are Jupiter, private citizens for a lengthy list of reasons, and/or the Sides who might be worried about how close Zeon/EF are becoming without any context of why that is the case. This presumes it isn't someone within the EF/Zeon though.

No it isn't a good idea to fire into a melee when your own units are fighting in it. That is the space combat equivalent of having your archers fire into the backs of your own troops when they're fighting enemy forces in the middle of a field.

I just figured that since the Westborn has 5 anti-MS guns and 6 anti-air guns that we might as well use them.

What should the Westbron do then?

Every shot it fires into a melee has a good chance that it will hit our forces. Our troops have ripped through the TZ forces already. The Destroyer is best used to keep lookout or destrory any MS that try to run. Not fire into a bunch of our own people.

Sheesh we need one more roll or we are stuck with the 65. Technically 80 due to the +15 we have but still we need a high roll.
