I technically never said we could do it unrestrained by the articles eitherAmongst the Skaven we found an organ vat that was by some theorised to be a cloning vat. In theory, we could've used it's no doubt Dhar-powered secrets to make an infinite pile of Panoramia clones.

Which would have had the added benefit of counting as a compromise between those who wanted Mathilde in polyamorous relationship and those who wanted Mathilde in monogamous relationships.

A part of me wants to Investigate the Lhune Depths, but as a narrative adventure and not because it's our job. I doubt one AP when there are so many other narratively busy things going on is going to give me the satisfaction I desire.

Not the most efficient in terms of AP as there are two Duck actions and two EIC actions, but considering that we're running a -10 to all rolls & I have zero interest in doing the scouting, this plan addresses my desires the most.

So I want to do Windshrooms now, because otherwise we're not going to do it for years, and leaving our project with Panoramia half-completed indefinitely is likely to result in her just publishing our initial results herself, which defeats the purpose of being able to write the book about it.

I don't think the remaining Shrooms will take so much effort to get the thread to complete: it doesn't have the pitfall of being a complete mysterybox, there's completionism in play because we already have half of it. I prefer to have it as the first WEB-MAT project (with Panoramia as a contributor): it is Immediate gratification, showing the worth of inter college cooperation. Something quick and easy to grease the wheels and get people enthusiastic about cooperation.

All our Multiwind projects are difficult, and won't have a very quick ROI:
- AV has a very limited supply, and is a total mysterybox
- Manipulate a wind without another wind. The list of people that could give this a fair shot is very short: Mathilde. Max is a newly minted Magister, and Johann has his disability with counterspelling, which might come into play here. If we get Horstmann, I'd give him similar odds to Mathilde at succeeding at it: he thinks he is at LM level of skill, and he's seen the Windfall. I doubt anyone with less than LM level of skill would have the finesse required to not mess up.
- Waystones are a Long term project

I'd rather get Adela onboard at the same time as Johann and Max (and hopefully Engrimm).
 
Lots of persuasive arguments over the last day. With the library location being split off into a separate vote the only deal breaker for plans is wasting an AP on the Lhune Depths. It is makework with no import or significance. Trying to 'overachieve' on it is even worse, as doing so would likely require multiple AP and multiple turns.

So we don't have to wait: we can finish Mushroom research ('shroomsearch, as the kids say) this turn if we take both actions. And it can't be a WEBMAT project until and unless Panoramia joins; I asked Boney and collaboration with a wizard outside of WEBMAT is going to become a personal action (full AP) instead of an organizational action (half-AP).
Once WEBMAT is set up and Duckling Club is no more, recruiting someone to WEBMAT would occupy one of the WEBMAT half-actions, and studying an artifact with someone within WEBMAT would as well, but studying an artifact with someone outside WEBMAT would be a personal action?
That's the current plan.
You can ask Boney if you want, but I don't think we can get around this by saying "oh, she's a contributor/visiting collaborator"; if we want to use wizards in our half-actions, we need them in our organization. So, while I agree that the Windshrooms are thematically apt for WEBMAT, remember that they are Panoramia's project that we've been allowed to get in on -- she's the one who harvested them and identified them as promising back during the initial K8P expedition. We can't work on it solo or with non-Panoramia people, because it's not our project.

Boney confirmed that if we build the towers this turn we can do Pan's Mushroom without a problem

Everybody, remember that the KAU location is no longer part of plan voting, so if you care about that you need to vote for it separately. I'm saying this because there are very few current votes for KAU location.
