And then the thread votes for a big boat instead.
Why not? If old memes are to be believed, Boats Are Nice.
Mootland doesn't match your idea, though, so as Marienburg. I mean, how could've Emperor gift/sell someone else's property in that case?I am not versed enough in lore to answer that question, but I am pretty sure the whole thing is pitched as a council among equals rather than a vassal-liege relationship, from what we have seen and based on how the empire functions. And being an expy of HRE doesn't mean its 1:1 .
I have to point, that 14 is good for a secondary stat. Sure, "pro diplomat" should have more (not necesarily does have, tho). But for average person? Pretty neat.As evidenced by the fact that our diplomacy is mediocre at best.

And we love him because/despite of that flaw. Dude's an onion. If you cut him, you will cry.Tbf, still a whinny manchild judging from his reaction to the fight.
I'd rather a mystery box, I mean a boat's a boat, but a mystery box could be anything.
14 Intrigue been enough to get us position of EC's advisor... Sure, a "weak" EC, and not without some help from "those guys in masks", but still. So, as I said, good for a secondary stat. It's better than the human average of 10, but we aren't a random peasant. For a Grey Lord Magister, mediocre is the best you could call it IMO
They specialize in both Intrigue and Diplomacy.I could've sworn that Greys specialized in Intrigue, though...

The thing with Greys, and not only Lords, that Diplomacy is primary stat for many of them.
The problem with taking the Border Princes isn't actually taking it, as I understand it. It's holding onto it when the inevitable Waaaghs of orcs come to visit.Alternatively, use all 13 Great Deeds and our Super Dwarven Boon to get both of them to back us in taking over the Border Princes.
Between both of them we can probably do it, and then just fill the border between the Border Princes and the Badlands with as many superweapons as possible.
We probably need to retake Iron Rock first, put a superweapon on Iron Rock and Barak Varr which the Dawi would probably be willing to pay for because it protects their own holds directly, and then just fill the space in between with as many superweapons as possible.
............
Not the most practical of plans, but it's fun to speculate.

You're making Omegahugger's arguments for him btwAnd if you do keep it the next problem is justifying the inevitable huge pile of corpses for what is mostly terrible land
Hugger: these problems seem to solve each other. And if you do keep it the next problem is justifying the inevitable huge pile of corpses for what is mostly terrible land
It was enough to get us the position in Stirland with a Lahmian conspiracy working towards it.

In times of war, an army.
"Better to live free..."?
The voice of experience, befriending Morr the stray."I'm not giving up, I'm changing the engagement. They're not going to trust anything we say. You know how you befriend a paranoid stray? You don't grab it by the scruff of the neck, you just leave some food out and leave it to it. Eventually it realizes that you're not out to hurt it."
Fully Necromantic Luxury Gay Communism. In times of peace, untiring labour for Panoramia's "Jade Eden" Ecological Restoration Programme?
Freedom, anonymity, born there, like the place, hate other places, want to get rich, exiles, love etc. "Just move" has not and never will be a solution for everyone just because they live in a not great place. And yet people still live there for one reason or another. I suppose they have their reasons.
It just lacks that "je ne sauis commie" if it's not in space tbh. The Skraven have a space program afaik? We should liberate our comrades from their shackles by attacking and dethroning their god and go with them on wild and hoopy adventures!
It's a Total Warhammer thing. No guarantee by any means that Boney will be using it.
Now with a (somehow) even higher death toll!
If the Skaven haven't at least tried to get to Morrslieb I'll be shocked. Which, of course, says nothing about their success or mortality rates...
And both have a second tiny green moon with a weird orbit.
