Sigmar was a real Mary Sue, (or on Mallus, a real MAGDA WESSEN) is what I hear you saying.

Small problem: The source for this alleged ascension is Ranald, and Ranald lies whenever he thinks it's funny.
He had to become immortal. That doesn't count.Setra is working on it but no Everchosen has made it far enough south yet, as for goodhood, I don't imagine there are many people who would dare say he isn't one to Setra's face.![]()
Settra is actually very pious and does not consider himself a god or above them or even equal to them. He does consider himself the next greatest thing, and that he'd be much more up to violently argue about.Setra is working on it but no Everchosen has made it far enough south yet, as for goodhood, I don't imagine there are many people who would dare say he isn't one to Setra's face.![]()
I would not be so sure. I mean let's look at the things Sigmar did:
I mean sure it's impressive that he managed to do all this, but none of his deeds are unmatched
- Founded a nation: Giles the Breton and Setra say hi among others
- Deefated and Everchosen: There have been 12 of them so far and someone had to defeat every one of them, for the sake of picking a name let's say Magnus the Pious
- Defeated Nagash: Alcadizar and Setra again (because of course Setra shows up in multiple categories)
- Ascended to Godhood: Ranald
Settra is actually very pious and does not consider himself a god or above them or even equal to them. He does consider himself the next greatest thing, and that he'd be much more up to violently argue about.
Something I just noticed. It looks like she lost the respect of her Clan at some point - maybe her inability to deal with humans went down worse with them than it did with Belegar?Scarred and Blooded: Edda has both shed and drawn blood in battle, winning the renewed respect of her Clan.
Disagree. Rather, they now respect her even more than before for doing battle for mountain and home, kin and clan.Something I just noticed. It looks like she lost the respect of her Clan at some point - maybe her inability to deal with humans went down worse with them than it did with Belegar?
'Renewed' could be interpreted either way, but there is an implication of it becoming 'old' first, so to speak.Disagree. Rather, they now respect her even more than before for doing battle for mountain and home, kin and clan.
Whoa, my brain went to exactly the same place. For some reason my brain started trying to fit this list to the melody of the Stonecutters song from the Simpsons:
Who controls the Empire's crown? Who keeps the Everchosen down?
Sigmaaaar! Sigmaaaaar!
You don't win something you already have, you strengthen or reaffirm it.Disagree. Rather, they now respect her even more than before for doing battle for mountain and home, kin and clan.

Maybe it has to do with her being sent off to woo Belegar and getting distracted with Prince Kazrik.Something I just noticed. It looks like she lost the respect of her Clan at some point - maybe her inability to deal with humans went down worse with them than it did with Belegar?
Setra is working on it but no Everchosen has made it far enough south yet, as for goodhood, I don't imagine there are many people who would dare say he isn't one to Setra's face.![]()
Setra Quest was just full of odd contrivances cooked up by the QM to show off their deep Mallus geographic research and Warhammer lore, wasn't it.Not really an obstacle to him. Settra went to Norsca in the War of Sand and Snow because a Norscan stole his crown.

Karak Eight Peaks, 'tis a silly place. That does make something of an ironic twist, the steward of Karak Eight Peaks commanded the reclamation of a Karag, whereas the martial will never get the chance.
Well, Dreng was in overall command of the reclamation of Karagril. He's the one noted as adapting on the fly when the Throng of Karak Azul went in early. That does make something of an ironic twist, the steward of Karak Eight Peaks commanded the reclamation of a Karag, whereas the martial will never get the chance.
There was also the title obsession, almost as bad as Mathildes loot obsessionSetra Quest was just full of odd contrivances cooked up by the QM to show off their deep Mallus geographic research and Warhammer lore, wasn't it.
