The imperial council would probably give us some rather impressive looks wih wizards coming to ask for amendments for the article, limiting what wizards are allowed to do.
No, no, it's not an article on Mathilde's request.

It's an article listing...

## Things Mathilde Weber is No Longer Allowed to Do in the Colleges of Magic.

#16, Mathilde Weber may no longer summon Greenskins.
I leave the rest to your imagination.

Look, Mathilde said it herself—there's a conceptual space for the roles of "most cunning/most brutal champion of greenskinkind". It's literally free real estate, and who better to fill it than "Avatar of Mork" "Escalating Brutality" "Stabs You From Behind With A Cannonball Sword" Mathilde?

Everchosen Mathilde is old hat. The new hotness is Warboss Mathilde, leading Waaagh Mathilde on the best punch up in history.
Serious question, Why Not ?
If they are going to Waaagh, better against our enemies.
I mean, it's a hilarious idea, and if anyone could do it it would be Mathilde, who has experienced firsthand the energies of Gork and Mork and come out of it mostly fine, but unless we had some assurances that it's a good idea, I don't think I want to risk her possibly getting Morkishly possessed again.

The 'mostly fine' part happened because we had literal divine intervention and OOC luck in dealing with it.

...I mean, how would this even work? Does this count as soul-surgery? Or is it just like, soul-feng-shui?

I'd like to imagine "summon Ork" isn't summoning a conceptional Ork but a random Ork. Which then gets unsummoned later on.
Imagine the legend of the grey battle bringer! A figure who rips Orks from their home to fights suddenly!

I am a simple man. I want to roll in our loot, and bap people on the head who want to take that loot away.

On the one hand, I don't seriously want to outside of it being hilarious and out of the blue revelation that we could.

On the other hand, if we're ever in serious risk of falling to Chaos, I'd be quite happy to flip the Smug Bird two other birds and instead fall backwards into the corruption of Mork.

The Purple Warboss
Instead of literally summoning Greenskins what about a spell that creates the sort of pull a Waaagh has, like literally leads them to this location telling them there's a good fight.

A single grey wizard sneaks into some Vampire fortress or something, casts it then runs.
Suddenly the vampires have to deal with an Orc Waaagh out of nowhere.

Once the deadies had all been re-krumped and the fighting had ended, the Bosses that had gathered their Boys for a good Waaagh began to argue.

"Where's da Warboss? I know it ain't one a you gits!", muttered a fat, scar-covered Orc picking it's nose.

"Don' know," replied the Black Orc that was present, busy sharpening his choppa with some rocks he'd grabbed.

"I ain't seen him," the Night Goblin spoke up, "but look around ya- he's been here, he has!"

The Bosses could agree on that at least- they were surrounded by krumped deadies that they had all agreed none of them had killed.

"Gotta be one big choppa," the Orc pointed out. "Dese gits have been 'acked all ta pieces."

"Yeah," grunted the Black Orc. "Must be one big git ta be swinging a choppa like that at dese ones."

"Gotta be..." the Night Goblin started, "a purple Boss, don' it? Not one a our Boys saw him!"

The two Orcs scratched themselves while they contemplated that. "A purple Warboss..."

Lacking any other idea, and after a few brawls, the gathered Greenskins agreed that they must have felt the call of a Purple Warboss. Several subsequent times that the Boys felt the call to Waaagh only to not see the Warboss that called them, only finding the hacked apart remains of some git, only convinced them. The Purple Warboss entered into Greenskin legend, a figure that was blessed by both Mork & Gork, with all the kunning of Mork to be purple and not be seen by anybody, but all the brutality of Gork to be hacking apart gits like they did.

If we are talking about using Mathilde's experience as being the avatar of Mork as a basis of spells wouldn't it make more sense to start looting anything that looks sufficiently Ulgu-like out of the little Waaagh spell list? Mathilde did reverse engineer a spell out of a Dhar construct; and there's probably no human alive with as much as attunement to Mork as Mathilde had.

Am I missing something? The wiki says that the Rider in Red is a personification of Khorne. How are we supposed to capture that and why do people want to?

Apparitions are not actually Chaos-aligned - we have confirmation that Hysh has spells which work solely on Chaos beings and that they don't work on Apparitions.

One of the lines of thinking about Apparitions is that they are manifestations of fear. So as fear-spirits, it makes sense that there's examples like 'woman who was possibly burnt at the stake' (the Wyrdwomen) and 'scary burning rider that laughs as he hunts you down' (the Rider in Red). And for that matter, there should be multiple Red Riders that exist.

The Wiki is wrong in this instance because a lot of its IC sources are literal peasants. We have IC confirmation from Mathilde the wizard with a college library on apparitions that no apparitions react to Hysh spells that are specifically anti-daemonic the way daemons do.

Apparitions are Not!Daemons attracted to certain kinds of magic, so we capture them by going towards sources of magic, in this case Bright Magic, and binding them with what Gehenna taught us.

The relations between Apparitions and the Chaos Gods has largely been downplayed in how Boney's portrayed them in-quest, e.g Bleak Swarm instead of Eyes of Nurgle, and Hysh spells that only work on daemons don't work on Apparitions.

Light Magics that only affect Daemons do not work on Apparitions. Light Magics that work on 'creatures from the Realm of Chaos' do, but not when they are bound to a Wizard, though it's debated whether this is because they are no longer technically 'from the Realm of Chaos' or whether it's just because they're insulated by layers of soul and magic.

This is a good point. I'm not really sure what kind of non-battlemagic spells exist for goblins, but something like Itchy Nuisance could be extremely powerful for Mathilde.
