We fought mutated humans with Liljiana. Sure they're long lived, but the nature of Chaos makes it so that they're ephemeral and temporary. The oldest person we fought is probably Alkharad, who despite claiming to be one of the oldest, is probably a thousand years old at most considering his affectations of an Age of Three Emperors noble.

Drycha is older than the Empire by thousands of years. She makes everyone we fought combined look like a child in terms of age. It's a different paradigm.
 
Well, it's not like treeman are super fast or anything. He's probably not going to swoop in and destroy us, right? Also, we do have a lot of fire in a bottle, and he's flameable, so...
 
I think we can be certain at this point that the manticore is dead or at least neutralized, Drycha intervening on its behalf wasn't an option in round 2 and it didn't get a roll in round 4 along with the other forces. Similarly, after round 3's strong roll for the Kreml shooting the river dryads, and no round 4 roll for the dryads, I think they're out of the fight too.

And Mathilde is still in the fight, good solid roll.

Same number doesn't matter as much as modifier difference. A single roll won't just turn her to mincemeat, but I'm pretty sure Drycha has a higher bonus. Especially if she's already been injured.
 
Man, this is just see-sawing like crazy. At least we probably saved Lily's life? Like, even if we lost the first fight round, we probably distracted her, and now we're doing even better.
 
Honestly I'm just super glad we didn't 1v1 Drycha. We're on the battlefield and fighting her with an army and heroes at our back. It would have been absolute hell if we were alone. I'm glad we failed to spot her(?).
 
If nothing else, it's kind of crazy how we ended up fighting at her side again. What are the odds? First that we miss Drycha for long enough for her to reach the battlefield, and then a 1 in 6 chance to pick her out of all targets...Clearly, we were fated to share a battlefield again.

She got multiple "free shots" against the Treeman, I think that'd imply ranged spells while he was stuck in the ice.

Don't see any reason to think she transformed.
 
Actually, gods, this is the second time we've jumped between a tougher opponent and Lily. That's kinda a pattern.
