-[X] [Action] Propose a Plan to Collect The Stepstone Tolls
-[X] [Action] Prepare for a Trip to Dragonstone

1. Isembard Arryn has been waiting for us to speak with him for half a year already. It's time to actually do so and it would massively help with the toll plan. His aid and insights are extremely valuable to ensure that we don't get outmaneuvered by others in the negotiations.

2. This is our last chance to speak with Qoren until we travel to Sunspear and we should use it. He can aid us with our other actions and the more time we spend with him the more comfortable we will be with our husband to be and the whole marriage thing. In particular, I hope he has some idea how to help us with the Alicent situation.

3. Seems to be our only chance to speak with Corlys for a while to come and this would thus be the best moment to mend some fences. If we want to be friendly with the Velaryons long-term (and we *do* want to be friendly with the other dragonrider family) we need to make sure he is at least not actively carrying a grudge against us.

4. Since I don't want to speak with Otto about Alicent right now, but push that back until after our Dragonstone trip, it would be useful to have him lay the groundwork while we are gone.

5. This can give us a lot of influence, respect, power and lays a foundation for a crown bureaucracy that would be a massive aid in solidifying our rule. And we need to this now before everyone scatters and Corlys sets up his own arrangement. A must do.

6. We kinda promised Alicent and we kinda need the stress relief. We can also invite Laena along, which frees us from having to talk to her this turn, thus allowing more AP for other time-sensitive stuff.

Edit: And a proposal that I'm not sure if I actually want to try it:

[] Plan Old Commitments, Preparations And A Massive Gamble
-[] [Conversation] Speak with Isembard Arryn
-[] [Conversation] Speak with Qoren Martell
-[] [Conversation] Speak with Lord Corlys Velaryon.
-[] [Conversation] Speak With Daemon Targaryen
--[] Speak to Daemon about Viserys' Health
-[] [Action] Propose a Plan to Collect The Stepstone Tolls
-[] [Action] Prepare for a Trip to Dragonstone

This would switch out Gwayne for talking to Daemon about Viserys health. Our personal relationship is ultimately irrelevant for this. We both love Viserys, so he might listen despite our tense relationship.

"Daemon did you know the grand maester is doing a terrible job and killing your brother slowly?"

Then sit back and let him do his thing

How are we doing on the Diligent timers? Also, it should be noted that we asked Laena to stick around, did we not intend to talk to her? I mean, if we CAN get her along without taking the action, that's cool, yeah!

There is an option for that, I suppose.

Althought there is a part of me that wishes to rid of Daemon as soon as possible, so he doesn't try anything with Laena.

TS said that we can take Laena along, so I intend to definitely do so to free up that AP. Plus, we have less of a crunch on Dragonstone and could toss in some Syrax training too, so that we can fly with her again.

I could have sworn someone brought up this concern last vote. And where did this knee-high heap of salt come from?

Going with Plan OCAP+Health

Explanation:
Shoring up Arryn (has been waiting for ages; we're about to lose our excuse for snubbing him) and Qoren (only here a little while longer, Plankytown is part of the trade and marriage agreements) seems sensible, while also giving us the opportunity to bring up any developments with Alicent stemming from the Otto conversation.

I think Corlys hearing of the toll authority when we have our support shored up, rather than as a pie in the sky idea from a private conversation, may actually be more effective at getting his buy in on it, especially if Viserys and/or Daemon are right there next him. Consider what happened last time we presented him with a 'great plan' in a 1v1 conversation and how it completely failed to convince him.

Speaking of Daemon, he can do a little trolling with Mellos and it should help mend fences a bit to bond over Viserys' health (and come across more genuine than the other topics of discussion with him). Alternatively, and what I'd expect would be our first choice, Viserys' two surviving family members both confronting him about Mellos out of genuine concern is likely to the most effective way to get through to him.

Dragonstone trip should help with stress in subsequent turns. If we want to stick around instead, Harp practice could also work to ease back on stress a bit and help our relationships with Alicent (serenades) and Qoren (gave us the harp).

@Teen Spirit since Lyonel Strong told us that we could have waited mentorship due to how full our previous turns were at that point... Considering all what has happened the the last few turns, would he have any problem if we delay the our mentorship duties for one or two turns?

Pretty sure we are good on that and I think we should spend a law study action on Dragonstone anyway since we might stumble on some Valyrian law texts we can't really find anywhere else.

Lyonel's opinion isn't the only factor to consider. We would also gain Stress.

Can't say I particularly care about this more than Viserys's health, which has me more interested in talking to Daemon. If anyone will see an obstacle to Viserys's proper treatment removed, it's him. I also would rather speak to Laena. By the sound of things, she finds her parents yoke stifling.

-[X] [Action] Prepare for a Trip to Dragonstone

I'm not particularly interested in the crown growing a bit richer off the tolls. Harrenhall visit feels more important, though a plan with exploring the city would be a decent substitute.

I want more people on the Viserys's health first scheme and Daemon is a prime candidate.

WE voted for Laena to stay. I argued that we'd make time, and damn it we will. Any plan without Laena is an absentminded plan.

Otherwise I'm fine with the plans proposed by others.

i think now is the best time to finally do that KL exploration action, so i threw together a plan with that. Rhaenyra's betrothal, Dorne's alliance and eventual joining, the Stepstones War 'victory', and the Queen's pregnancy are all happening at the same time.

getting the smallfolk's perspective on things, and whatever the most common rumors are, is important. whether it increases or decreases stress is a gamble, but worth it i think.

i would also like to speak to Laena, but i think that can be folded in to the prep for Dragonstone if we invite her?

I'm going to strongly urge against talking to Daemon til we get our Stress down, perhaps after we come back from a Dragonstone vacation. And especially not about Mellos's ineffective treatments. Both dealing with Daemon generally, and thinking about Daddy's illness, raise our Stress considerably, and doing both together might push it either to or past the threshold of danger.

This is not about some cash, but about Rhaenyra establishing her own power base through actively involving herself in governance. That's far more important than going to Harrenhall.

Like, what's the point? We can't even get Viserys to take treatment from a well educated maester. How do you expect to convince him to take strange potions from the suspicious bog witch we have talked to twice?

Harrenhal is worse than pointless—it sends us down the path of self-destruction driven by prophecy that's been the undoing of so many Targaeryens (and, seemingly, show-Rhaenyra as of season 2).
