What should your focus for the rest of the Quest be?

Oh shit, I just realized We lost the Star Child Communion option.

Uh, I guess he's a little busy right now,.

So yeah guys, I helped us dodge a bullet by paying attention to the formatting, yay me!

Also, we got an opportunity to spend 2 AP to ninja Branus honorably, at least if we win the honor duel.

Anyway, we're not quite at the point where we can do that, so we'll focus on some other important details. Van Zandt's gone up again from loathing to malding, but I'd like to have our fleets ready before the cease-fire ends.
We will probably get it back after some cooldown
 
So... if we assign 33 Choirs to the Mechadendrite... it only takes 9 actions to build the Planetmaw.
Or, without the Planetmaw, 3 actions to reach Food Industry X.
 
Anyway, for people wanting to juggle choirs, remember we need to keep 10 in place for Psykana research, to get that autoticker.
 
Maybe we can decommission some scouts to get the Choirs back, though I'm not sure how many we have right now.

And whatever our plan is going to be, I'm going to advocate for leveling up the other two songs for navigation and messages, shouldn't be that hard with 4 melodies per action.

We're very close to integrating the Ashan, let's get that ticked away. We also need to build some more duchy fleets sooner or later. I'd also be ok singing a song instead of building fleets, but that's

Choose the Sacred Sand planet. Let's try to finish a sector?
Figure out how many choirs are getting assigned to the new song - if we're not doing research we can just shift over all of them from the research song to the new one, . I really want a free melody, so we should leave 10 choirs free.

@HeroCooky Questions!
1. Is there a place we can see our choir distribtion? Or at the very least how many free choirs we have for assignments? Is it the 36 noted under Psykana?
2. Taking the [] ISC Access doesn't actually improve our influence, just our relations. What we need is influence to actually integrate the Ashan, right? So the 'greatly improve relations' is kind of meaningless right now (though it would be great for the shipwrights).
3. To clarify the text of the update re the Black Ash clan. What you're implying is that when we introduce ourselves (which will happen automatically in 30 years), then we'll have an option to spend an extra action to basically make it all legit and legal and have good relations with the Black Ash even as we yoink their world? By gifting karnivores, aiding in honor duels etc?
4. You said the ability to sing symphonies is unlocked at 10 total songs known, right? And you sing symphonies by designating at least 5 songs, preferably with a common theme, right? Do they just cost one action to sing? I'm trying to think about what songs we want to sing to make for a good symphonies. Probably not a good idea to mix "break you chains" into a symphony otherwise focused on development and progress.
5. The whole eleven spirit thing is good, right? I'm a little concerned by that section of the update.
6. I'M A LOT MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE NECRONS. But I'm also not sure what to do about it... other than build some more military and hope that our anti-necron holy-turn buff means we can scratch their paint. Any... uh. Suggestions? Are we missing something obvious?

It is specified that it boosts [General] Actions, Research Excluded, not any other category.
Okay makes sense. Another question...does the effect of the song happen the turn in which the song is activated? Like for example I am thinking about taking out our Research Song choir and pouring it into our General Action Song. With 40 and 10 we get 50 Choirs this turn.

Does the effect for the 50% happen right then? Also if we were to then go "Oh we need 20% back in the other song because we do research does the effect happen immediately for the research song?

I guess my next question is "What's our max scouting efficiency and how much does each ship give us?"

2. Eh, I'll count it as both for them.
3. You have that Action right now. Introduction and Gifts leading to Honor Duels and potentially no loss of relations.
4. Yeah, as you described.
5. Your clergy got back an "They gucci as long as they don't make/have human worshippers" from the Star Child, and have put it as such in The Book.

We should decommission the Circinus scout sloops. They are hilariously outdated. Have them become museum ships distributed in the Federation as honored vanguards of the Federation now honorably retired.
 
Guys, a quick question? What's chaos doing? Our discovery of sacred sands angered it, but we saw no signs. Which I why I propose to get soon a song to find the fuckers

I did ask if it worked under ISC rules but QM said it's turn of so...no...we could just pour it in...also maybe we stop building scout ships for a bit and switch to something else to get our choir number up.

??? Introduction *and* gifts will be needed to use the Clan's culture/noble shenanigans to gain some of their worlds without loss of relations because we'd basically be playing within their rules more or less.

Autoticker won't do anything with the relation save for opening the diplomatic channel.

Introduction (1 action) + Gift (2 action) is needed to potentially absorb pieces of the Clan without causing loss of relations. And the 2 actions for the Gift needs to be done in the same turn.
