Here is what glint used to do.
So the lvl up doubled the per choir effect and the number of choirs that can sing it.

I think so. With a maximum of 20 Choirs for a total +0.20 per research actions.
So a pretty big buff. We would jump all the way to +0.55 per action spent in total.

Yeah. 1 Choir = .01 Action. So you may want to use more than 1 Choir here. And not put 3 out of 4 Choirs per Turn into Scouts to get more Choirs.

Powerful, but our number of Choirs is limited. Melodies go tall, Songs go wide.
Makes global+passive Songs diminish in value when they share Choirs. Also makes smaller, more situational Songs keep their value.
May be worthwhile to spend another Action on Melodies, upgrade another Song.
