well we probably should duel our kinsman. time for the duel of the Hallrborn!
[X] Duel a Champion- kin
given our clan tactics, as long as he is fighting our men we will take more casualties then we can heal. and its better to be active I think
out of curiosity though:
hey Halla, how do you compare in power to the 5th decade knight? do you think you can take him?
I feel like "take out the birds" is pretty key here. I mean, challenging our kinsman also seems potentially worthwhile, but shutting down the birds before they can confirm kills is kind of important.
[] Battle amongst the men
-[] Focus on supporting your men
As a famous man once said, "Don't do it Anakin! I have the high ground!"
Heal bot activate!
or
[] Duel a Champion- kin
But orsthirr and more fun.
I'll wait for more arguements
Edit: Fuck me. Farborjn really living up to the hype rn. I mean I was expecting alot when we found out he was a Odr Cultivator but damn is throwing a gate a gate not metal.
Well, that works. Also, Farbjorn has Fortification! Now that we've seen someone use it, maybe we can pick it up.

This seems right (at least for now, our kinsman is also tempting...Louis is a bad matchup, I think). Maybe add in an intention to draw the attention of the birds?
Oh, @Imperial Fister is our Semi-Halting Vortex still up, or did that not ever get going? Similar question for our turn-long buffs like Stoker State and Slipstream?

dueling out kinsman is better I think, but I asked and Halla at least believes she can take Louis
I do think dueling is best here. every champion we can duel can't fight our men. and it will prevent more casualties then we can do with Seidr and some AOE
Yeah though, at the end of the day, we want to limit our losses more than gain a bit more Orthstirr, so our first priority is to trust Heima's strike force to do their part, and our second is to neutralize the birbs or they'll convert every Wounded result into a Kill, which is where we have to roll the dice to see if it sticks.
Going with your gut, you've decided to dart around the battlefield and lend aid where its needed. Whether that's by intercepting a mortal blow or casting spells of healing and support. Occasionally, you may strike out to take advantage of an opening.
While you do this, Thanes may throw javelins your way and Norsemen may strike out with hugareida or other abilities. That's not to say that Thanes will only throw javelins, to note, as you've seen a fair few abilities accompanying those throws. They seem to have an easier time getting through Perfect Defenses, for one, and there seems to be an odd coating of power on both themselves and their weapons.
However, while the people on the ground may be threats, the more significant threats to you right now are the cultivator birds in the sky. The Hawk—the bird of Serge Gagnon—is scarily fast and seems to posses some kind of 'blinking' ability that allows it to cross distances in an instant. The Falcon—the bird of Thomas Laurent—on the other hand, is a bit too cautious. It's had a couple opportunities now to hit one of the wounded, but hasn't taken them.

AN: Oh boy, I suddenly started not feeling too great. So, if there's something wrong somewhere, that's what's up with it.
I'm thinking for overall strategy, Halla is best as a QRF and close air support. Flying around and taking out any combattants who are about to start weighing in on other fights or setting up for ranged attacks, while preparing for a Contested-Movement Intercept on the Hawk with a Puncture-boosted Chuck of our Glue Pot. If it's that fast, it probably has a Perfect, so we need to counter that.
@Imperial Fister how does SHV work with regards to Puncture? It's only a Perfect some of the time so does Puncture always get through it or only against its use as a Perfect, or what?

Chuck is, I think, not useful as part of Contested Movement...it throws harder but not better if you're not rolling it. Might be necessary for Puncture, though I suppose?
Otherwise mostly agreed, though we need to also actually attack the Hawk a little to draw it in, I think.
