[X] Yes, spar with Hal
oooh,Ulfhednar, Berserkr but wolf instead of bear. (And with some connection to Odin)"The Ulfhednar," Hal nods with a small, wry grin on his face, like it was the most casual thing in the world, "and yeah, yeah I did. My father is a Skirsvikingar survivor, so he taught me a couple tricks, which helped."
Maybe just wear the Gambeson? Since we don't have a forge/enough time to repair our mail if it gets wrecked
Why?
@Imperial Fister, can we tell if Punching Up can proc against this guy?
Also, if this guy presumably got the Fylgja fragment of Blackhand, and his mother has been gone from the family for a long time on top of being a woman to begin with, Hal probably doesn't know about Stoker State.
Punching up will not proc@Imperial Fister, can we tell if Punching Up can proc against this guy?

Seems that he's in the same rough ballpark of strength relative to us as Gabriel in that case? So likely a bit stronger, but not so much that we should be unable to win with tactics.
I'm going to be busy tonight, but my main bits of advice for any plans would be:
1. Put enough dice into stuff. He's going to be hitting hard and his rolled defences are going to be strong as well.
2. Contested Movement is always a great idea, we'll learn very quickly if he has a counter.
3. If he does not know about Stoker State, then building towards a powerful Stoked Strike would not be a bad finisher; the damage scaling is ridiculous.
