I'd like to think that while Priam is the least skilled among them, that's just saying he's in fourth place among the top 4 guys in the Abyss Watchers.

[x] Priam. On the one hand, he's technically the least skilled of the potential candidates, but at the same time that would allow the other candidates to fully participate in the battle.

Ah fooey.

Missed chance to give HK a glorious solo mission.

"Your job is to infiltrate a capital warship and destroy the fleet it commands. Be creative and have fun. Don't destroy anyplace I care about."

I bet that really pisses him off, too. Being asked to preserve a life instead of killing things.:p
On the other hand it does give him carte blanche to deal with the many many threats that will be sent to deal with the one he's guarding...

I also think he got on about as well with Grievous as he will with a Meatbag. He has an excellent understanding of the many ways in which you can kill someone!

[X] Asajj. There aren't any better pilots in the Watchers, but that also means she wouldn't be able to participate in the opening stages of the battle.

She can cause more damage than Jango, and as has been pointed out, Jango can help with morale, something Ventress can't do.

Considering it's Grievous he's supposed to be protecting, he should already know that he'll be getting to kill plenty of things in the process of preserving Grievous's life.

My own thoughts on this is that maybe it would be best to send her because she is still unknown to Palpatine. Allowing her to fight might blow her "being dead" cover.

Okay, with the knowledge that we're going to get reinforcements from Ahsoka, Yularen, and the 501st, I am really not that worried about the result of the battle itself. Assuming we can maintain secrecy, Trench won't know what hit him.

That said, assuming we can maintain secrecy. We're sending a small team (led by one of our Heroes) to deep space to intercept the Huk fleet where they're meeting, so they can proactively sabotage the fleet before it arrives on Kalee. This is the single biggest failure point for the whole operation. If our team messes up, our preparations are blown, and Trench will be back in the wind.

This is not an opportunity to kick the tires and test-drive Priam's new abilities. This is the occasion to send an 'old hand' at sabotage, not a neophyte.
Secondly, Priam could use the practical experience. He's already got decent Intrigue, and practice like this will likely give it a further boost.
F it, lets see if we can not make our droid useful.
Also, here is @Void Stalker's regular stat tracking post. Just within our stable of Heroes, Priam is tied for eighth in terms of Intrigue abilities. He's capable, but nowhere near the best within our own organization, let alone in the broader galaxy.

I'm not much of a fan of splitting up Asajj and Ciaran, and would much prefer to assign Silencer to the sabotage, but in terms of tactical voting, I really don't want Priam to be assigned to this operation.

@Dr. Snark, can we do 'approval voting' here? (Can I cast a vote for two or more heroes that are both acceptable to me?)

True with 501st coming in they can help with the space side, while Asajj can wreck things, maybe get her onto the super ship for her to take out the reactor or something else that is critical, like hyperdrive and engines.
