Oooh here's some chaos we could do, after we have transferred a large amount of credits from the treasury to better places, but before we press the Palpatine button, we should see if we can cause a run on the bank, and preempt such an action by withdrawing a few million credits in physical credit stick (or whatever physical currency is called under Disney).
 
We could always do what we did with Naboo. Steal everything and reinvest it back into the system.
 
Steal the credits from the republic, and dump them into the CNS coffers. after all, the CNS is the "real" republic not the corrupt and collapsing current one.
 
Stealing credits is the least this access can let Ciaran do.
She's going to know the financial health of every business and person of note in the Galaxy.
She'll know who to bribe, what assets and groups can be undercut, aggressively taken over and more.

Even with the Republic's days being numbered this access is one of Ciaran's most powerful weapons based solely on the information it gives.
 
Having the keys to the Treasury is a major step towards one true goal: Owning the Galaxy. With the Treasury, Ciaran can seriously get on the CNS governments to unify into a true, stable government polity, rather than a standalone protest group.
 
And that ignores the possibility of just emptying the treasury and letting Palpatine try to run things without a) a stable credit, or b) any credits.

Collateral'd be huge - but frankly, this is an oh-shit button on par with the Foundry, if it's used right.

Or wrong, as the case may be.
 
Bah, best thing to do would be to Naboo the administrative control and lock the Treasury out of their own system, meanwhile the Abyss Watchers remote control the running of the economy and start calling in the Republic's Debts.
