Welp. So much for hiding the fact that we're a Sith Lord.

Ahsoka: Wait, this means I was right. The Abyss Watchers are run by a Sith.
Ciaran: From a certain point of view. My Sith title is more... honorary than any reward for time spent learning.
Obi-Wan: How does one get an 'honorary' Sith title?
Ciaran: Impress the ghost of a Sith Lord enough that they bestow their title.
Anakin: Which Sith Lord was it?
Ciaran:... err... Darth Traya.
Anakin and Ahsoka: *shocked expressions*
Obi-Wan: ... Now that you mention it, I can picture that.

It would be one thing if this was just Ciaran's future-sight/shatter-point sense acting up, ending up with her joining in on the Mortis saga. But she was outright invited in, according to the invistext. Something weird is going on here.
Well we are probably one of the most active people these days who are positioned in the middle of Ashla and Bogan (original names for the Light and Dark sides of the force) thus making us the one most likely to understand the stuff that's about to happen.

Wow, I really didn't see this one coming.

Ciaran's gotten good but I don't think she's going to be able to conceal her growing power, or usage, in the things to come, she's not one to avoid things or play the damsel in distress.

Ciaran's...Shatterpoint nature might interfere with things going on here, if we take the usage of omake bonuses as her ability kicking in and changing the future, then she might be a huge spanner in the works.
As for the Son, hadn't he been deceived by the ghosts of the past Dark Lords? Mayhaps having a current Darth involved will shake things up with that plot. I don't think Ciaran's identity as Darth Traya should be in too much danger unless it fits into someone's trippy Force vision of course.

Looking at Silas, I'm guessing he's really not comfortable with where Ciaran's ambitions are leading, I'm assuming it's her dive into the Force rather than specifically Sith things, although I doubt he'd be exactly thrilled with any of that either.
I wonder how long he'll stick with us past Palpatine? I doubt he'd ever betray Ciaran, but he might retire, I dunno how on board he is with the whole 'conspiracy to control the Galaxy' thing.

Ciaran: No, most of my actual teaching was done by Darth Vectivus.
Obi-Wan: Wasn't he the one that quit being a Sith Lord to become a business mogul? .... This explains so much about you.

On a side note while we are here, no matter what we must get leave with The Dagger of Mortis in our possession. If for nothing else than as an insurance policy in the unlikely event the Abeloth breaks free from her prison.

The problem there is that Vectivus was Dark Lord of the Sith, so he was definitely his Master's heir.

I'm guessing this was a particularly chilled time for the Sith Order.
I just figured that he faked his death in such a way that his apprentice believed that he killed him, then he changed his name and became a business mogul. Well that or he basically went "Welp your strong enough, here take my job i'm retiring."

That's a hell of a trick, since he didn't kill his master, he never took an apprentice and he died peacefully of old age.
The wiki doesn't say he didn't kill his master and that he didn't take an apprentice. More likely is he did the former and survived his apprentice through his teachings and the fact that he wasn't a rival.

Or he left his apprentice with all the texts needed to self teach and then faked his death to get out of the obligations that come with being the Dark Lord of the Sith.

Obviously The Father wants Anakin and Ciaran to act as hosts for the force presences of The Son and The Daughter so they can learn more about the galaxy and their own natures as the Dark and the Light.

Also so they'll stop fighting all the goddamn time and He can finally get some peace and quiet.
...... i mean we are kinda dark? but we still do light side stuff... but anakin does some dark side stuff to. hmmmmm.

I'm pretty sure between flying around in the Scimitar (whose stealth field is powered by Dark Side Crystals), getting blessed by the ghost of Darth Plagueis (during our recovery period after the assassination attempt) and visiting multiple Dark-Side Users (Dooku, Talzin, Vectivus, Traya), I would not be surprised if Ciaran's Force signature is bathed in the Dark Side and she doesn't notice it because of her unorthodox mindset.

While I will be the first to admit that we are certainly darker than most I honestly see Ciaran as being in the middle.

That's the point: we're Anakin's reflection. Grayish dark vs grayish light, near perfect control over a normal amount of power vs little control over overwhelming power, one who fights from the shadows wielding secrets as weapons vs The Hero Of The Republic! We're his opposite in nearly every way.

......huh i guess we are aren't we?

I honestly see Ciaran in terms of SWTOR Light-Side Inquisitor. She is an amateur archeologist who collects Force related objects to study them. She is pragmatic, shrewd and calculating in building up her power base and gathering the weirdest and most diverse allies. She has several Force techniques and dirty tricks hidden up her sleeves and she is quite eccentric or as the Inquisitor would put it 'differently rational'.

...Honestly, while we have the title, in terms of how Ciaran actually acts and feels I can see her representing the Light Side better than Anakin or even Obi Wan. Remember, beneath all the bullshit the light side is about 'calmness, gathering knowledge, and defense'. Using the force to gather knowledge and prevent the need for fighting whilst maintaining overall emotional detachment is pretty much the Light side ideal.

The dark side is about fear, anger, hatred, and aggression. That... Really doesn't suit Ciaran. At all. Honestly, I'd believe Obi Wan is driven by fear and anger more than Ciaran. He certainly deals with a lot more direct fighting, and despite his adherence to the tenets of the Jedi it seems clear even if he doesn't act on his distaste for a lot of criminal practices he despises them. Anakin, of course, is even more driven by emotion.

...Mind you, that would be hilarious.

Father: "You are both here to represent a certain point of view. Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker, representing the Dark Side of the Force. And Darth Traya, representing the Light Side of the Force."

Everyone else: "...What?"
