Bio Booster armor would be pretty powerful, Guyver Gigantic might even be able to go toe to toe with Behemoth.
Sadly not quite up to Entity scale though.

I also have some ideas for more fictional universes:
Command & Conquer (Red Alert 1-3 would fit better with Addy's retro theme (Bioshock and Fallout)),
Impossible Creatures (to give Piggot even more of a heart attack, and it is delightfully low-tech, being based on 1930s superscience),
Fullmetal Alchemist (if you count Alchemy as a technology),
Gremlins (because sometimes you just have to give somebody Ellisburg flashbacks)
Old World of Darkness (particularly because they have were-ravens to go with Addy's bird theme
and tinkertech could replicate the Rite of the Spirit Egg (i.e. becoming a were-raven) after some genetic tinkering to become kinfolk)

I agree with that one! Plus, it means that we can get a direct quote from the game when someone refers to the Tiger/Praying mantis creatures chewing on Hookwolf as a monster.

I dislike the were-raven approach, because it's teching non-tech. Corax are unilaterally non-Weaver so they wouldn't be a viable choice for pretty much anything. Tinker of Fiction is best used when it doesn't incorporate "necessary secondary powers" and just lets you use the tech of the setting.
The being said, oWoD did have some tech options that were viable. She'd have to be limited to hedge magic rather than Enlightened Science, but that still gives you the Paths accessible to the Star Council. Basically... Sound and crystal "science" like you expect in New Age alien truthers, but it actually works. Best part being: the tech includes the method of teaching others how to use it.
She could make Taylor a hedge mage super scientist with vibrational psychic powers and ray guns.

Possession is Addy's 'Fuckit!' skill for when she just doesn't give a shit anymore. Coil sadly won't allow himself to be anywhere near her once he figures out she can master people.

Addy is a pure and innocent little flower who only has one (which is most definitely for anatomy references and nothing else ever). Taylor is the dirty perv who has all the others hidden away.

Sadly I haven't played any of the dark souls games. They're not really my thing since I usually game to relax and if I'm feeling masochistic I'll just have some !FUN! playing Dwarf Fortress instead.
Also like a true dwarf fortress player Addy can weaponise anything.
I can't wait for Frankenfran so Addy can out-Bonesaw Bonesaw. Honestly that spec is pure grade A bullshit. Surgery, medicine, body modifications, genetic engineering? You name it she can probably pull it off. It's disgusting how good that spec is. Bonesaw would be jealous as hell and/or begging Jack for a new sister.

In canon Worm it's hinted that Coil provided one of his pedophile mercenaries with children. It's only hinted though, never clearly stated. Coil is getting the reputation he deserves.

If you combine Peeping Tom with the Invisible Man powers can you not only stay invisible while in motion but see thru walls all the time?
Is the peeping tom thing just walls?
Even if its just walls that power should make planning the Medhall Heist a breeze. Are you going to make a bug critter with peeping Tom for Taylor to scout?
Is the Possession creating a disposable spirit thing every time or is it the same one? Don't know enough about Dark Souls or Bloodborne to know if either of them actually uses souls but could you use Possession to cheat the Soul requirements?
Make Skyrim Soul Gems a breeze.
The real question about throw away time lines is if Addy will recognize it as such or she'll assume that the reason she wasn't grabbed within a few months of her giving away info on him means she's in the clear and therefore this is the first time and therefore a throwaway.

Those poor souls. Where I live the legal age to drink beer (and funnily enough, wine as well) is 16. 18 for beverages with higher percentages like liquors.

Ya that will be awesome. Earth-bet has a fear of bio-tinkering. But honestly biomancy/bio-tinkering is awesome.
Once he makes the revive machine (and I really hope he does) it will be impossible to keep Danny out of the loop. So he can have a sex change more easily once he has the right tech tree. Or make it so he can freely change his sex.
Being a guy for at least 20 years and being comfortable as a guy would make it hard to just accept being a girl. Once puberty hits it will be super annoying. It would be one thing if he originally wanted to be a girl, but the start of the story showed otherwise. So at the very least I spect him to have the ability to change gender at will, or just turn into a guy.
I am really looking forward to Taylor's mom being revived. BTW if you don't want him to revive his moms you can just make it so they were cremated. Though I hope to revive Hero. He wasn't part of Cauldron if I am not mistaken, and I doubt he would be since unlike the others he will not be eased into it. He will see all the shit they did from an outside perspective. But regardless of the him joining Cauldron or no, he represents hope for Earth-bet.
You can even have him team up with Addy and Taylor for a while, since he might feel like it's his responsibility to guide a thinker like her. Addy might have an amazing tinker power, but she is very inexperienced as a tinker. So even if Hero teams up with them for only a few weeks or a month, it would legitimise them as heroes. And anyone who says otherwise would be going against Hero who would vouch for them.
At this point the PRT knows about Addy, so does Coil. And most bad guys have contracts in the PRT so before long every gang in the city will know. Specially if coil tells people as revenge for painting him as a pedophile. And with reviving Taylor's mom it would be hard to keep it a secret. Plus she can give Taylor's parents powers to defend themselves.
Plus with the ability to bring back the dead Cauldron would make sure Addy stayed alive. Or at least made sure coil kept his hands off. Since reviving dead capes is the fastest way to get more capes.

Forgot to mention that when the right tech tree pops around, Addy definitely needs an implant that would allow her to store data. That way there is no danger of losing blueprints.

Hero is a Cauldron Cape and one of the founding members like Alexandria, Eidolon, and Legend. Though he died before they swan dived across the moral event horizon and got to the point that they were hiding their more heinous shit from Legend as I recall.
