The up side is, if you die you still get a ton of exp anyway.

Right?

Unless we get really lucky I'm fully expecting us to have to die a couple times to build up enough xp to win. That said we might not actually get that much XP here.
Look at what we got the first time Nepgear died:
+1xp TPK
+50xp Fought Goddess Red's Knight
+25xp First Death
+30xp Zombie Killing Spree: 15
+150xp Instagib: Candy Heart, Blue Sky, Troop Transport (x1)
+50xp Collateral Damage: 25 miles in all directions.
+10xp Killed The Black Knight on death
+316 EXP = 334 Current EXP
We are looking at 50, maybe 100, xp for fighting whoever kills us, 1 xp for another TPK, and maybe a reduced xp bonus for our second death.
Now there are ways this could go up.
For example if Nepgear's Core detonates
every time she dies, rather then just while it's open for a Core Purge, then we're looking at +50xp from Collateral Damage and an unknown, but possibly large, amount of xp amount of xp for killing Goddess White, Maiden of the East, Maiden of the West, and Angel WEAPON. They'd die because from what we saw
Rei only survived because she was far enough out to see the wave coming with time to react, specifically throwing out Oblivion to intercept. At near point blank range none of them should have time to counter.
Another example would be if we got XP for fighting Goddess White and both the Maidens (150 to 300 xp) since we're fighting them as a group.
Although I wonder if we get XP for repeated actions factoring in Death. For example if we "kill" White/East/West/Angel with a Core Detonation do we get that same xp a second time the next time we die?
Oh, and one other thing to consider. Retreating keeps us off the radar of hostile big wigs. Going up against three of the strongest MGs around simultaneously and living to tell about it will instantly make us a priority target.
While running away would definitely mean surviving
this battle and avoiding getting bad attention it's frankly
the worst option. Angel WEAPON has pretty much
zero chance of successfully holding off the Maidens and White on her own which basically guaranties the plague will be unleashed upon humanity.
With a 0.03% survival rate the chance of
any of Nepgear's teammates surviving is 0.12%. Them all surviving is 0.00000081%.
Plus with the complete collapse of humanity Unified Darkness can bypass everyone's defenses and start hitting the core worlds of the Unified Light and at that point the war is basically over.
So really leaving screws us over
completely in the long run.
Possible idea to offset White, mention how disappointed Rei would be? It either will affect her, or it won't. Either would be good to know.
Actually this reminds me of a thought I had while going to sleep yesterday.
@crystalwatcher - Is there any reason to believe, based upon the information Nepgear and co found, the virus doesn't effect Magical Girls? Or more specifically won't effect Rei? Because I somehow doubt Goddess White would tolerate only a 0.03% chance of one of her sisters surviving. Especially since Ni might be on Earth when the plague is released, as part of some mission, and get infected as well.
@ReaperofInterest - Any reason why Plan Stall like Crazy has Angel WEAPON engaging at all? We've been told that Rei isn't going to be arriving anytime soon so what are we suppose to be stalling for if not to buy time to Angel WEAPON to escape with the Virus?
