You got you math wrong again. 343 meters per second * 3.6 = 1,234.8 km/h
1234.8 km * 0.621371 = 767.2689108 miles.
Rounding up the nearest ten, that's 770 miles per hour. We reverse the formula for Flight speed to get: 770/10+1 = 77+1 = 78.
So you need Flight 78 to equal/break the sound barrier.

...Perhaps make the chest a little bigger? Right now, the main thing that says that the pic is of a guy is the total flatness of the chest. Everything else definitely looks feminine, but the weird chest-plate angle and the complete lack of mammaries are what lead me to say 'this is not a girl'. Course, you might want to take my opinions with a grain of salt. I'm...somewhat oblivious when it comes to looks and contexts.

Sadly, there's... not much I can do with the chest area. I mean, I could use the expand tool to make the chest bigger, but that would probably compromise the quality of the art.
Also, those little open bits at the top make it clear that there's no breasts. Plus the general appearance...
And really, when you're getting to velocities that high, you probably need to separately distinguish between straight line speed and evasive maneuvers speed.
Being able to break the sound barrier while making frequent changes in direction means that you have crazy high acceleration, deceleration, and tolerance for G-force, and is far, far more impressive than being able to break the sound barrier when traveling along a straight path.
Well, mine will fit right in I think. Everyone except my Aqua expy is a bit of a headcase in their own ways. Or just plain weird in Gravekeeper's case.

I kinda want to level up IC to level 10, for those large and cheap base stat boosts and for the possibility of it gaining an additional piece of bullshit at the next multiple of 5.
Definitely want to improve our damage output a ton though too.

Yeah, I'm not against raising IC to higher levels. In fact, I really like the idea of doing that asap. Problem is, while we have superb defense for our current level, we have comparatively crappy damage output, and in most of our battles it was Team GEAR that did most of the damage. We can afford to leave it aside for a moment to focus on damage, especially when you take into account the fact were planning to Supremacy Zone, which replaces and upgrades out Interception related abilities.

Goliath is slow and ponderous, but a fantastic tank. Danielle can't tank for shit, but she can do decent DPS with her spell.

How bad could it be? Summit is 'merely' a Legend-maker. Who can fly almost twice as fast as a typical War Angel. And has a spell that could send a grown man flying over 150 feet, assuming they survive the impact. And has pierced the borders of reality to return to Earth after being presumed dead. ("Why was my decoration revoked?" "First, it was a strictly posthumous award. Second, you've never actually joined the Counter Force - they stretched the rules so your mother would have had something to hang on the wall.")
I wonder what Commander Mason thinks of that event. He's familiar with Angels and has access to what the Counter Force knows about Summit.
Summit would also tell anyone who thought to ask that Gabriel was being empowered by another Magical Girl. She'd care more about her own reputation than about keeping Nepgear secret. There's also the possibility that another Angel might ask Summit for a 'friendly spar' in a manner that she perceives as condescending.

Said day may be sooner than you think, considering the last time the Unified Darkness found out about a Divine Affinity MG, they dealt with it before it could become too much of a problem without a scratch on their side. Once they find out that Sega's back both alive and on our side, they're going straight for the Exterminatus option. And this time, Goddess Grey isn't going to hold back.
