Summit is the go-to magical girl for things that other magical girls could potentially do, but would need to have a specialty in, or a lot of time to practice, to pull off (looking at you Night Sky).
Summit's pretty much an anti-munchkin. She's very difficult to lock down or be put in a situation where she doesn't have options, because she has so many tricks up her sleeves. None of them are anywhere near as powerful as the Old Guard's tricks, but she has one for pretty much any opportunity.
Compare that to, say, Silver Hero. Very powerful because she put all her points in spells, but she got taken down like a chump because Rodriguez was immune to spells.
Meanwhile, Summit has so many options that taking one away is annoying but she'll still be the one flying away from that encounter under her own power.
Compare that to, say, Grey Champion. Very powerful because she put all her points in spell, but she got taken down like a chump because Rodriguez was immune to spells.

The LAST post we've seen was made by Rei, who is Ni's sister and still cares about her.
And so I can't help wondering - was she serious, ironic, salty or what? I am confused about the tone that post should have.
Those spells explicitly activate the feedback effect that happens upon depleting the energy pool.
That feedback effect explicitly shuts off the regeneration of the energy pool for a while.
In other words - still a One-Shot in the true sense of word.
I suspect bitter as fuck. Gold likely kind of hates red for the whole mind controlling their sister and turning on mankind thing. She still loves her, but I suspect there is also a lot of hate there.
Note that the following is no submission. I just tried to make the actual Neptune work in this Quest's mechanics.
Personally, I think it works well enough.
Disclaimer: I am not a fan of certain portrayals of CPUs in Hyperdimension Neptunia; as they are deities, the fact they can be defeated by (among others) regular soldiers always struck me as a segregation between gameplay and story.

"Yes ma'am. Thank you so much for your help." The door of the most recent house closed as Kathrine walked back out to the street. "I'm surprised no one's willing to talk... what do you think?"
The urge to roll your eyes at her is strong, but you somehow manage to shove it down. "Kat? We're on the outer most edges of the Exclusion Zone, we're two teenage girls without an escort asking after a local magical girl, and there's a huge war with Literal Hell going on. What do you think?" Scratch that, your sarcasm seems to have made it through. Though that didn't mean it wasn't true, Kathrine's plan seems to be 'knock on random doors and ask around about the local Magical Girl that has been protecting them from demons".
White Knight blushes. "Um... I don't think I thought that through very well." This time you do roll your eyes at her, earning a slightly self-deprecating chuckle from the young woman. "Well, there's not much else we can do save just wander around and hope we run into her."
"Would have probably worked better if we did that before you ran off to start knocking on doors." You sigh. "You said her family died on Hope?"
Kathrine nods awkwardly. "Yeah... We were... old enough to be from the time of the Old Guard. The three of us were never all that impressive compared to them, but it all seemed so simple, you know? Margaret's family moved to one of Hope's outer cities, Paradise I think, when full migration to the colony was opened. Huge parts of former third world countries all moved out there. Along with a large number of civilians from the more well-to-do areas. Ten thousand families from London were among them, but me and Margaret got permission from our parents to travel with Kate to keep things on Earth stable... we didn't think too much about it, what with how strong the Counter Force was feeling in the wake of the Crusade."
Kathrine stops at the corner of the street, leaning against a fire hydrant. "I think the feeling of invincibility kind of went to everyone's head, despite the Second Fall of Rome, and the Oblivion Incident. No one actually thought that the Unified Darkness would be brazen enough to just up and attack Hope. Especially in the way they did. There were very few Magical Girls on Hope when it all went to hell, and Margaret's family was directly in the line of fire. They said the outer settlements were overrun in a matter of minutes."
"It wasn't until they reached the central settlements that they realized what was going on." You remembered this: it had been all over the news five years ago. Hope, Humanity's shining beacon for the future, being flooded with the endless legions of Hell. Hundreds of thousands of years worth of broken promises falling upon it like the hammer of god.
Very few people really considered what a promise was worth. How easy it is to break even the bigger ones. Promised a friend you'd be there for their wedding day? But that video game you've been waiting for just came out! Your president promise to find a way to reduce national debt? Sorry, but the only ways he could think of would have gotten his supporters pissed at him!
Promise you'll always be there for someone? Too bad you didn't foresee that demon that crushed you.
Broken promises weren't just limited to humanity. Hell, they weren't even the biggest contenders in it! Demons and Angels were born from prayers and promises made form all species in the local dimensional cluster. And while it tended to leave Angels low on numbers, the forces of Hell were literally legion. Defeating either outright was saved for the realm of fools, and Humanity had at some point, somehow gotten it into their collective heads they could take 'em.
"My dad died before Hope fell." Kathrine looks up at you. "He was a combat engineer that was stationed in the D9-7 Sector before it was overrun. Losing family... isn't something you ever really recover from. Even if they come back it... it's not the same. Not really."
Whatever she would have said though is cut off by someone gruffly clearing their throat.
She looked... remarkably similar to Kathrine. To an outright disturbing degree. "So... either of you want to explain to me what you're doing in my town? Or should I just get to kicking your asses?"
Kathrine leapt to her feet, "Marge! I-"
"Kathrine. You have until the count of three or you and your new girl-toy are dead meat." You blink and Kathrine reels back as if struck. Margaret... Marge... whatever, scowls at the two of you as if she were looking at pieces of particularly revolting meat. "When I left, I told you not to come looking for me. So you better have a really good reason for being here."
"Margaret, I..." Kathrine almost seems to shrink into herself while you quietly slink several steps back. "The Counter Force sent out a call to all available Magical Girls and I-"
"What? Thought you could use me again?" the other blonde snarled, "Like you did before? I'm not a tool for you to use and discard as you see fit!"
"Um... I feel like I'm missing something here." You finally speak up, drawing the attention of the two blondes. "Kathrine just invited me along to help you two work out your problems. She wants her friend back."
"Yeah, just so she can use me again!" Margaret snarls, forcibly waving a hand through the air. "I don't care what she told you! This bitch used me, and when I wasn't useful any more she discarded me like a broken tool!"
"No I didn't!" Kathrine shouts this time, "You're the one that left us! Just up and gone; no warning, no explanation, nothing!"
"Oh? Is that the excuse you're going with this time?" Margaret cuts in again, "It's all my fault? Well, fine then. I'll just kick both of your asses then kick you out of town the hard way! My Sword is Drawn and Fate Laid Bare! I am Magical Girl Red Knight!"
Well, this escalated quickly. "Dammit Margaret! Why won't you listen?!" Kathrine shouts over the wash of red light that signals Margaret's -Red Knight's- transformation. "My Destiny is at hand as I grip my Blade! I am Magical Girl White Knight!" Light explodes again, and now Kathrine is White Knight again.
The two women stand across from each other, with you off to the side and slightly between them. Seems like Red Knight doesn't want to listen, and White Knight's patience with her friend is running out.
... Today just isn't your day, is it?
