You know, with my theory about Anna actually looking different than she's supposed to because Durga was trying to turn her into her mom, this would make the reveal from less of a "oh, I see what you're OHHHHHHHHH" thing into a "hey, no, that can't be right."
Of course, since you need to make it pretty far for the frame to actually start looking like Durga. And if you get far enough... you get the "defense failed" screen, but instead of "return to checkpoint" option, the button says "continue?" and then you have to fight Sehkmet and the Breach

Database_Master: Guys I think Anna is the nameless girl from the endless wave modes o the game.
Landside: .. .... wouldn't that mean she soled endless waves of monsters long enough to finish the skill tree?
Database_Master:Yes
Landside: ... oh .... ok that explains a lot actually.
For some reason, I want us to go Upgrade Complete on this and combine the two options - as in, after a full-purchase of at least Impeller Field manipulation, we get a mystery purchase option. It seemingly does nothing at all.

Then, when we get "defense failed" screen, we get the option that says not "continue?" - but "do you wish to end it all?", instead. Representing Anna deciding to just go and destroy the source of Antagonists.

And in Sekhmet fight, we get a couple of markers on the Higgs Particles AND Impeller field indicators - indicating some kind of cutoff point. If either is available (above the cutoff point), getting close enough to Type Zero activates a prompt (Asura Wrath style? Yeah, I guess it works), and using it blasts the Antagonist with Wave Force.

Hmmm...
A mystery option "Transcendent" with the description "end it." It'd be pretty high up but not the final option. After all, Anna can still get better.
Maybe even make it so that a player can unlock Red, Blue, and any other waves in the game.

Can I just say how hilarious I find it that in character selection, we chose a character who's only description was "[]The monster: Man gives innumerable prayers to Heaven for salvation. Heaven replies with nothing but death to recompense Man. Kill. Kill. Kill. Kill. Kill. Kill. Kill."

I think the best part of that is she's the moe character. Granted, she's more of a Nagato than a Chiyo-chan but still.

The best part is SV voted for

in stride.

Reminds me of a quote from an old Familiar of Zero quest on SB that matches this perfectly.
It's worth noting that The Boiling Blood continues to this day. It moved over the SV during the SB shutdown and has remained here since. It last updated a week ago.

Here is a link to the current thread and the story only thread for anyone interested. I linked to SB archive rather then the SV one because it's in one piece while the SV one is split across two threads.

all of this wants me to run a Valk game as an RP either with the Official RPG rules that got made up or tweak Fate (since that's what I use to run most of my forum RPs)
I probably wouldn't recommend using Battle Action Harem Highschool Side Character: The Role Playing Game, unless you're into crunchy mechanics, endless splatbooks and expansions, and heavily exploitable character generation rules. Though, for all that it does have some clever story gaming mechanics to emulate some of the genre tropes you could maybe lift, and an interesting campaign tone slider mechanic.
