I still ship Anna/Shuri. Two traumatized former-child soldiers helping each other heal and move on strikes a chord in me.

And as a bonus, it would make both of them much more narratively important, meaning that they're more likely to survive Anna's spin-off afterwards when it happens.

I'm going to ship a Tenshi ending. 100 years down the line, Humanity meets another hostile alien race and Anna wrecks them preemptively so she can enjoy her 50th honeymoon with the flight.

OTP: Durga x DAKKA!!

P.s. Somehow, someway -we're doing ^this^ to AG forces at some point in this quest and no one can tell me otherwise.
Considering that we have a complexity limit, not really a size limit, and Valkyrie cores can sync with spaceships, I can totally see a giant robot as being Durga's other preferred equipment loadout.

Edit: There's a size limit. I still think that Durga could totally eat a giant robot if she wanted to, though.

I actually do want to ship Anna/Shuri, like you said survivor's guilt sufferers helping each other sounds really appealing (like Sayaka and Kyouko in the Sayaka Quest) but right now Sandra has a leg up on Anna. Basically, starts as Sandra/Shuri but Anna/Shuri endgame.

Ahh, shipping.

It doesn't matter if one is inscrutable and may be some kind of mentally damaged tech-priest, and the other's a bully! They're clearly made for each other.

Meant for each other, no. Could over time grow to connect and find comfort in another person actually capable of understanding and emphasizing with their horrifically damaged psyche, yes.

I ship them as platonic life partners more than romantic paramours.

Isn't it AnnaXTrauma?

Yes, but that's a toxic relationship we're trying to help her get away from. It's hard, because Anna has so much of her life invested in time with Trauma that it's difficult for her to let go. But in the end, Trauma will only hurt her, and for her own wellbeing, she needs to move past Trauma and live for herself. She'll only ever be able to love herself and be happy if she does.

It's gonna be funny when they realize that the most dangerous and hardcore Valkyrie on earth didn't have an ounce of formal training until she started taking classes with the MC.

Soooo... Who wants to keep trying to fool the audience into thinking we're from a super soldier program until the actual super soldier shows up? Also, odds that the program is related to "Battalion 44?"
So, notice something kind of funny? Funny "That's kind of weird", not funny "Hah Hah"? Indra, Class A Type Zero Antagonist. Indra, as in the Hindu king of the gods. Durga, as in This.
Adishakti re-manifested as Durga to slay Mahishasura. Armed with celestial weapons of all deities and decked with divine ornaments, Durga rode into the battle field and challenged demons for battle. Mahishasura's entire army, led by demons like Chikshur, Chamar, Asiloma, Vidalaksha, Durdhara, Durmukha, Mahahanu and many more attacked Durga at once. But Durga slew all of them with unparalleled cruelty. An enraged Mahishasura attacked Durga in guise of a buffalo. But Durga bound it with ropes. The buffalo morphed into a lion and leapt on Durga, but she beheaded it with her sword. At this, Mahishasura began to fight in form of a swordsman. Durga pinned him down with a torrent of arrows. Mahishasura now assumed form of a giant elephant and tugged at Durga's lion. Durga lopped off its trunk with her sword and freed her lion. The elephant turned into a buffalo and charged at Durga. Sipping from her wine cup, Durga flung her trident and beheaded Mahishasura, finally killing him.
Where did Anna get her weapons from? The Antagonists, whose type zeroes are commonly given the names of gods or monsters from mythology. And you know who Sehkmet is? A lion goddess.

And seeing as how Indra and Durga are both Hindu deities, I sense a plot point here. The Superhuman may be the result of the finest engineering of man, but Durga is some kind of force of nature (Analogy-wise).
