Well do also got to remember the Reach and Riverlands are pretty divided against each other. Either through a grudge or wanting more power. Not a lot of times were these regions were united during the Targaryen reign. Which makes me curious about the factions going on currently.

Maybe I have mixed our Velaryons... Since in the show the eldest daughter of the Velaryons was 12 when Rhaenyra was 15, I have mistaken them...

Can see them being raised with their mom in the Castle of Dragonstone but separated? Do got to consider how Lucien would react to something like that.
