And What a Dance it Was (NO SV, War is Coming, Prepare)

Familial Accent:

-[X]The Port: You need men to work in the Port, and that means you need places for them to work from. Rolled: D100 + 200 => 240

It took almost an entire year for the men to really have a port to speak of. As it turned out, trying to leave Sunstones harbor required the tide, which somehow was not affected by the tower literally being magicked into existence by the Power of Old Valyrian magic. Well, there was something that was a small problem.

Well, less a problem, and more a quirk that the castle's construction and shifting of the island's landscape have created.

The Tides could only allow ships to arrive only two times a day, at mid-afternoon, and at midmorning, and if they tried any other time, they would be blown off course, and they would have to try again at a later time, waiting in the outer harbor, well within sight of the castle's defenses. The strange thing was ships could leave despite the tides at any time, and always drift outwards. And even if the sailors were coming in had to be wary about running into the port walls.

The water was also incredibly deep, deep enough to where even if a ship were to sink, you think that the port would be operating fine.

That quirk aside, you free-dived to try and see just how deep it was. You didn't reach the bottom, and you thought for a moment you were going to die…

Yet the Grey Ghost saved you, as he always seemed to know when you were in danger of death. But looking into his eyes, you saw that he was afraid of whatever was down there. Whatever it was.

Reward: The Port is up and running and you learn of its quirks as well as what will happen if something happens in it.

You will now have an income in the port, and it will be a big one.

You also know that trying to get to the bottom of the Harbor is… difficult. Something is down there, and you don't know what it is.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

-[X]The Castles… Greenhouses?: Vaegon created a large section of the Castle dedicated to large expansive greenhouses, like the Glass Gardens in Winterfell, where they can grow year-round crops. It would be best to get someone on that. Rolled:D100 + 200 => 214

It took a lot of doing, but the Castles Greenhouses or Glass Gardens were connected to the Volcanos geyser and steam system, meaning that much of the food that was now available to the ten thousand inhabitants of the islands could be supplemented with native fruits and vegetables.

The Sailors could also purchase more supplies… And Winter stocks could be replaced year-round, while older foodstuffs could be used before they spoil or go bad, and replaced by newer supplies. And could remain with such a stock even in winter.

That may change during Winter itself when the island was more populated… but you saw this as an absolute win.

Reward: The Castles Greenhouses are now active, and it it's currently growing winter stocks. This can be changed in a new action.
---------------------------------

-[X]Furnishing the Castle: While the Blackstone is there, there are not really any comfortable places to sleep. So you need to get the place furnished. Rolled:D100 + 200 => 299

You looked at the Banners that were now at the Castles throne room. "Um, Rhaenyra, where did these banners come from?" You asked as you looked at her, currently smiling and trying to decorate.

"Well you see, we found many of the old banners and tapestries within the Red Keep that my father was trying to place into storage, but instead of letting them rot away in storage, he shipped them to us. Beautiful isn't it." She smiled as you looked at all the banners.

"Is that Aegon's war Banner?" You asked as you looked at the tattered banner that was being hung. "Used by him during the conquest?"

"No, that's Maegors." She replied with a smile. "Balerion had it tied to him before the Faith militant uprising… To show just how powerful the Targaryen Family was. And still is."

"I would believe war banners are not needed." You stated before you saw a Grey Tapestry be placed at the wall where your… throne was supposed to sit. A black Banner, with three heads, and a grey dragon. Grey Ghost.

"I don't believe that the war banner is needed… only that our family is needed to remind us of something." She replied with a smile, as she stood beside you.

Then others unfurled, each of them different banners of dragons. For all your family.

And finally the Three-Headed Dragon of House Targaryen by its side, and a Dragon atop a tower… Alicent's new Personal Sigil. "We are all together now."

"Anything else?" You asked as she snuggled up to you.

"When we get a throne in this room, I'm tying you up, and we won't leave until I'm with child." She whispered hungrily in your ear.

"As my Princess commands." You whispered back.

Reward: The Castle is now properly furnished, though you lack a throne at the moment that is truely yours.

Rhaenrya wants to have more kids.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

-[X]The Books: You need to make Vaegon get ready to start keeping tabs on your finances so that you don't get into the black or red too quickly. Rolled:D100 + 200 => 297

Alicent was waiting for you with the books and she was dreadfully angry. "Must you waste our time?"

Green was all you could see as her dress furled past you, and you were trying your best to control yourself. While it was safe to say you both would find yourselves getting hot, bothered, and touching each other in inappropriate ways later, now was not the time.

You raised an eyebrow. "Apolgise, but what do you mean?"

"You are well enough an administrator, hells, you are even a master above masters, but you continue to shirk the duties of your lordship, and that means we have to look through the books." She said. "It is only a dammed miracle that this entire lordship isn't falling into debt."

"Doing everything we can to handle finances aside, have you forgotten that we no longer need to spend millions of dragons on the castle, to build it up? We only need to furnish it, arm the garrison, and train it. We are quite well right now, aren't we?"

Alicent was not amused. "That may be, but even with that, we have a significant amount of income we must delegate into hiring a staff for this place, which we still do not have, despite your assurances we would."

"I've been busy." You replied.

"As if I have not noticed, but there is a problem, you and I, and Rhaenyra are working together to make sure this entire place won't fall apart."

"Vaegon did good work." You stated.

"That aside, we have to make sure this place won't fall to the elements, as we must try to do that."

You frowned. "Are we making money?" You asked her as you put a hand on the book. "Are we in danger of making a bank loan?"

"No," she said. "But we must."

You shut the ledger. "Alicent, stress is not good for you, and our finances are good. Very good. So let's just put it down, and let VAegon deal with this." You than smiled. "Can you do that?"

Alicent nodded. "I will."

She then gave a peck on your cheek, and you nodded. "Thank you."

Reward: Your finances are very good. Thanks to blatant magic fuckery.

+50 to the Sunstone rumor mills.
-----------------------------------------------------
-[X]Lord Westerlings' Revenge: Lord Westerling has a request he wishes to make. He wishes to write a letter, saying he would never pay homage to the West ever again. Rolled:D100 + 200 => 283

To Lord Jason Lannister,

I am told that you have made requests for Lord Westerling to pay Westerland taxes, in addition to his own contributions.

That ends today. When you receive this message, if I learn of any attempt to tax my lord, I will do what Visanya and Aegon failed to do, and burn Casterly Rock to the ground.

Prince Lucien

Reward: You thoroughly scared the pants off everyone in the Westerlands.

Something tells you that you are slowly stealing Daemon's title as the most dangerous man in Westeros.
-------------------------------------------------
-[X]Dragonrearing: You are going to Vhaegar and separate the dragons to parts of the island where they will be comfortable. Rolled:D100 + 200 => 257

Laena was surprised that you were coming with her. "You are really doing this?" She asked. "Vhaegar trusts no one but me, and the Dragon keepers?"

"Perhaps, but I have little to worry about." You smiled. "I know dragons."

"Vhaegar is no dragon." She replied as she walked in front of you, looking at the massive Vhaegar as the mighty dragon slept.

"<Vhaegar!>" She shouted as the sleeping dragon woke.

You needed to take the dragon towards the peak, and where the lava flowed, in stead of having her take up many miles of coastline that you could use.

The Dragon woke and looked at both of you, eye dilating as it turned its massive frame to face you. Angered and annoyed.

Laena was annoyed as well. "<Vhaegar, we are moving up the mountain.>" She ordered. But the massive dragon did not move, instead, it puffed smoke, billowing hot air above you to tell you off.

Vhaegar was not… amused by the orders of her young rider.

And than she tried to huff asleep.

<To the Flying leader

Come with me, To a place of warmth and fire.

Where we live, and where we die.

Returned to earth and tire.>"

You sang and the Dragon seemed alert, and attentive, not asleep. Instead, it seemed the great dragon was…

Happy.

You smiled. "<Vhaegar!>" You shouted. "To the summit, to your new home."

The Dragon acknowledge with a roar… before flying up to the mountain, to where you had sent Dragon keepers to mark her landing.

"Incredible," Laena said, completely in shock. "You just-" She stammered.

"Yes." You replied.

Reward: You can now sing and control other dragons, even when their riders are no longer around.

Laena is enraptured by you.

Vhaegar trusts you to be around, though not to ride.

Word spread across Westeros.

They call you the Dragon Lord of the Stepstones. And all Dragon obey you.

-[X]Maester Vaegon's Gifts: He wishes to talk to you about… the future, and your family. Rolled:D100 + 200 => 206

Vaegon mearly said he was at your disposal.

Reward: All teaching and learning rolls gain a +50 to their rolls.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

-[X]Train a Skill: Teaching. Rolled:D100 + 200 => 250

Vaegon was a better teacher than you. And you were quite happy that he taught you how to be one.

But after a short time, he realized you would be greater than him.

Reward: Teaching (Legendary): Those that can, do, those that can't teach. You can do both. (+50 to teaching rolls to others)

Well, we have a harbour which is extremely difficult to assault or destroy and we may have a possible eldritch abomination that serves us as pet/guard dog.

X]The Castles… Greenhouses?: Vaegon created a large section of the Castle dedicated to large expansive greenhouses, like the Glass Gardens in Winterfell, where they can grow year-round crops. It would be best to get someone on that. Rolled:D100 + 200 => 214

And with that we are no longer dependent of importing food, this is massive and if we ever get into a war (the one in the title) we get a massive advantage...

Rhaenrya wants to have more kids.
Well, we actually got dapper furniture and tapestries... And we should probably get Laena´s seahorse there as well ASAP.

And seeing that seems to be Nyra is into bondage kind of explains why no one has died yet while fucking atop a flying dragon...
[X]The Books: You need to make Vaegon get ready to start keeping tabs on your finances so that you don't get into the black or red too quickly. Rolled:D100 + 200 => 297

Ok, I don´t know how long the +50 is going to last but it assures us that even the worst results will get mitigates into merely mediocre...

And it seems that Alicent can finally relax a little... Which is all well and good.

Yeah obviously, Daemon is not in Westeros so the title passes to us by default (at least until Baelon starts with his shenanigans)
-[X]Dragonrearing: You are going to Vhaegar and separate the dragons to parts of the island where they will be comfortable. Rolled:D100 + 200 => 257

Ok, the decision of learning how to Sing has paid off immensely, only behind Time Management.

Besides that, Laena is finally head over heels in love with Lucien, and it seems that Syrax and Grey Ghost are getting back a good portion of their old love nest.
-[X]Maester Vaegon's Gifts: He wishes to talk to you about… the future, and your family. Rolled:D100 + 200 => 206

Dammit, when the next turn all our brides get Legendary Time Management it is going to be extremely funny...

I am guessing that one of the first adventures of Alicent will be to publish "Time Management For Dummies" and make us even more absurdly rich (and in the future worshiped as a saint by students everywhere for centuries)
-[X]The Wolf of the North: Cregan Stark has Arrived from the North with his Retinue. And he has with him a gift for the Last Dragonlord. Rolled:D100 + 200 => 296
-[X]My Brother's Keeper: You need to see your brothers. Now! Rolled:D100 + 200 => 300

(Continued in: Brothers, From Blood and Friendship.)
Awesome, our siblings got better of that spiraling situation, Lucien and the Triplets got a friend for life, and we may even get the Sword...

Well, we have a harbour which is extremely difficult to assault or destroy and we may have a possible eldritch abomination that serves us as pet/guard dog.
Lets just say the Island likes us and our family, and they have decided to... Help out the new owners who is taking rather good care of them.
And with that we are no longer dependent of importing food, this is massive and if we ever get into a war (the one in the title) we get a massive advantage...
No, you will still be heavily reliant on food imports, but you will have to spend far less money and resources every year to keep the place stocked.
Well, we actually got dapper furniture and tapestries... And we should probably get Laena´s seahorse there as well ASAP.
She'll bring her own.
And seeing that seems to be Nyra is into bondage kind of explains why no one has died yet while fucking atop a flying dragon...
Yep.

Found it funny that the prudish realm delight into something that is kinky and requires trust, and being wholesome.
Ok, I don´t know how long the +50 is going to last but it assures us that even the worst results will get mitigates into merely mediocre...

And it seems that Alicent can finally relax a little... Which is all well and good.
Alicent is over worked.

Well, everyone who works for us is over worked, except us because dammit, we are just that good.
Yeah obviously, Daemon is not in Westeros so the title passes to us by default (at least until Baelon starts with his shenanigans)
... Actually, it can be said that Lady Arryn is the most dangerous person in westeros.
Besides that, Laena is finally head over heels in love with Lucien, and it seems that Syrax and Grey Ghost are getting back a good portion of their old love nest.
YEp.

Expect Dragon Eggs in your future.
I am guessing that one of the first adventures of Alicent will be to publish "Time Management For Dummies" and make us even more absurdly rich (and in the future worshiped as a saint by students everywhere for centuries)
Yep.

As it turns out, she has decided to write adventure stories for her kids, based on her husband and brother/nephew in laws... crazy shinanigans
Awesome, our siblings got better of that spiraling situation, Lucien and the Triplets got a friend for life, and we may even get the Sword...
Cregan has an offer that we may be stupid to refuse.

Lets just say the Island likes us and our family, and they have decided to... Help out the new owners who is taking rather good care of them.
And if that help comes in the form of a humongous sea monster, even better!!!
No, you will still be heavily reliant on food imports, but you will have to spend far less money and resources every year to keep the place stocked.
Ok, but being able to produce enough food in the keep to survive a siege almost indefinitely is always useful...

And it is not like we cannot plant things in the rest of the island, volcanic soil is one the most fertile ones in the world...
Yep.

Found it funny that the prudish realm delight into something that is kinky and requires trust, and being wholesome.
Are you sure that you are not mixing the brides? Nyra "Fuck the Septa" Targaryen was not precisely prudish in either the series or the books, that would be Alicent and here it no longer applies...
Alicent is over worked.

Well, everyone who works for us is over worked, except us because dammit, we are just that good.
Ok, we need to learn how to delegate, and then teach it to the rest of the family... Micromanaging is not always a good idea.
... Actually, it can be said that Lady Arryn is the most dangerous person in westeros.
I am so proud of little Jeyne!!!

It was a shame that she did not want a polygamous marriage and that she is gay... As much as I like her being the beard in a marriage is not the best path for a healthy relationship.
YEp.

Expect Dragon Eggs in your future.
Perfect... Now let´s hope that the teenage dragons of our siblings and the infant dragons of our children are not so annoying to keep cockblocking them.
Yep.

As it turns out, she has decided to write adventure stories for her kids, based on her husband and brother/nephew in laws... crazy shinanigans
Now we need to take the printing press out of the Citadel´s secret Stash so that she can become the first best-seller author of Westeros.
Cregan has an offer that we may be stupid to refuse.
While I am all for siding with the Stark Bros, let´s wait until we hear the terms of that offer...

Well you will need to do that.

Alicent is into her own brand of kinky shit. Like she roleplays.

Try the Worlds Best selling author.

Ngl I kinda wanna see you roll for Lucien's kinks but that way lies madness, also I remember seeing a Viserys quest you had but I could only find the latter half, I'll take any long quests you've got honestly this isn't the first of your works I've read.

Lucien is looking pretty powerful with controlling the Stepstones, lots of money flowing in and all the current dragons and future dragons that are gonna be on the Stepstones. Just need to do the taxes and build up ships. This really is the age of dragons. Like they are almost everywhere in Westeros.

Yeah those fireworks are gonna be bright. :V

Though seriously with how we're stacking up I can definitely tell why so many people are drawing sides for different dragon riders to potentially take the throne, it also doesn't help that we get more capable by the Turn.

Although, as Queen Consort wouldn't we give her council anyway? So she'll have our voice and actually trusts and respects us in comparison to how many lords treat their wives in Westeros? Maybe they're just too shortsighted

Alicent is into her own brand of kinky shit. Like she roleplays.
Interesting, it kind of fits that Alicent who had to wear the mask of the "Perfect Proper Lady" for so long would find it exciting to play that game...

Now I wonder what is Laena´s kink...
REally this entire family can be summed up as "Tags on Pornhub"
Yeah about that... There is a certain "Tag on Pornhub" which is unfortunately extremely popular with the Targs...
