And What a Dance it Was (NO SV, War is Coming, Prepare)

[x] Sunstone: You had long wished to be close to a home, and the Volcanic island of Sunstone has been a place that all would believe would be perfect for a dragon rider's seat. But the keep was damaged in the assault, and it would take years to rebuild and populate it.
[x] Grey Gallows: You think the only one who likes this one is Grey Ghost? The place is perfect with rolling hills and calm autumn storms. But nothing is here. Nothing at all.

Sunstone may have nothing but a volcano and a damaged keep. But a damaged keep can be rebuilt, a volcano can provide a good breeding ground for dragons. Like I suggested before for the Stepstones, a checkpoint/safezone for merchants. Visitors can even watch dragons wander the volcano like a natural reserve. Grey Gallows is loved by Grey Ghost. Maybe he likes it because it's quiet there. I'll pick both.

Also, islands aren't floating landmasses. Who knows what else can be found on these islands especially underground. Icebergs tend to be MUCH bigger beneath the surface. Islands are no different. Also, the Stepstones are what's left of the ancient Arm of Dorne before the Children of the Forest blew it up with magic to stop First Men from crossing. Who knows...we may find some font of magic or other unique resources underground that can help with either Sunstone or Grey Gallows' future development and economy.

A massive fertile underground spring maybe?

Alrighty.

At the moment I am putting the quest on Hiatus.

Mostly for personal reasons.

And planning.

And fun.

@Magoose I have just noticed this...
"One moment Lucien.' She said as she handed a few papers away. "To the King, Daemon, and Lord Stark. Tell him we may need another Weirwood arrow."
So who does Alicent want dead?

I mean if she would have asked for more Weirwood arrows that could be dismissed as logistics and making sure that a few archers had something with an extra punch to deal with unexpectedly strong enemies... Nut asking for ONE arrow means that you have a very specific target in mind.

"You are doing your duty and that would not purvey you from seeing me more." She replied, not looking at you, as she continued working. "I am not seeing any fault in your actions."

"But that is the problem. I have been neglectful to you, and Rhaenyra. I have abandoned you to be a foolish adventurer."

Alicent then looked up from the parchments. "No." She stated.

"Alicent, don't try to-"

"If you had abandoned us, you would have left us both with your children in King's Landing. You didn't send us back when you were fully within your rights to do so." She stated. "You made us part of this because you needed us, whether you knew it or not." She then placed her quill down and looked at you, turning her pregnant body to face you. "I am relieved you hold so much trust in our relationship that you would do that. It's incredible."

You were confused. "But I neglected you."

"You did. But the very fact you care that you have, speaks volumes about your character and that of yourself than simple actions never can simply call to question." She replied.

"You are a good man, and a good husband, and we both have our flaws. But it's wondrous that you have done so well in recognizing them."
Besides that... How it can be that a marriage between three horny teenagers can be much more mature in these matters than 90% of older and more experienced marriages?..

Someone who has magic and that she has failed to kill numerous times.
Numerous times... That worries me a little.

Especially because from all our enemies with magic one we have just met (Ras), other one we have not yet met (Vandal), one we don't know where she is (Melissandre), and all the Martells who practised magic are Kaput

So who is this guy/gal?

A new threat you have to deal with eventually

A person who is immortal, has magic... We are on an insland... Dont tell me its Circe?

And why one more weirwood arrow? It implies it needs some sort of specific way to craft it since Alicent could just ask for a quiver instead.

Also it implies there no weirwood in there for them to craft it from.
