And What a Dance it Was (NO SV, War is Coming, Prepare)

That is great, if it is anything like its inspiration meeting not John Wick will be amazing

Unless we are his target, in that case we are fucked.
Only when one has red hair...
Taking into account the amount of fire magic our family has been involved with, that is not far fetched.

And if we end up marrying Alicent who (in the series at least) has auburn hair, or a Tully the chances of that increase significantly.
But Viserys dosent have a rogues gallery… we ain't got to the long Halloween yet.

That "yet" is really ominous though...

So after the Timeskip we are joining our cousin/uncle the Bat in an adventure to hunt a serial Killer?

Fortunately we have contacts with the underworld of King's Landing, who will prove extremely helpful to deal with him...

This year will be remembered forever as "The Year That At Least Nothing Bad Happened"

Hopefully, the Starks will continue to roll great... Our bros in the north deserve that and more
The Starks... They just helped do something that will make things cool.

But I've hidden what they did with that sword, until next rumor mill.

But you'll love everything else.

The Rumor mill 6
The Rumor mill 6:

The Crownlands:D100 + 40 => 129

King's Landing has finally become the city that Aegon the Conqueror desired for his people. It is a rich city, a safe city (more or less), and a city that is beloved by its queen and its king, with many organizations funded by the crown meant to stabilize and promote the welfare of its citizens.

Though this comes to the surprise of many members of the court, especially the far more conservative, and some would call, closed-minded members of the higher nobility. They saw the noted spending that the King and queen used the Royal coffers on the city as wasteful and bloated, as they all wished to see more infrastructure projects be done throughout Westeros, just as they had been under the Old King.

Many men and women wanted the Royal Coffers to be opened so that they would not spend their money on improving their lands and holdings. So that they may be far more frivolous with their own wealth and inheritance.

Mushrooms Testimony: It seems that the Leeches among the Kings court have been hard at work to have him focus on far more… frivolous spending. The fact you managed to do much without spending ludicrous amounts of gold has made the crown incredibly wealthy as of late. In fact, Viserys is richer than even the old King by some estimates. And that wealth has made many think he is hoarding gold for some incredible project that he wishes to build.

Last I heard, he wanted to build a lighthouse for the city, much taller and larger than the Hightower itself. A New Wonder of the World.

He also says that he has found a new replacement for the Lord commander, Robert Wendwater, your lieutenant. Says that he saw you elsewhere… where you are needed most.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Riverlands:D100 + 40 => 70

In the Riverlands, the Barge project that Lord Tully started was soon bearing fruit. Fruit that has bound far more of the Riverlords to his banner for traffic, for boatmen, and the Wealth of the Riverlands.

Many of the less powerful houses now seem to be reliant on the more… Powerful tully position.

And it will lead to issues. Lots of issues.

Mushrooms Testimony: You don't know the half of it. Lord Tully just somehow won over many of his rivals, even the Freys think that Tully had good ideas.

But they do not like the fact it's Tully's doing it. And that may cause problems.
-----------------------------------------------------------------

The Westerlands:D100 + 40 => 99

Lord Tylond Lannister smiled as he saw the blade. "Melt it down."

"Takes me for a bloody fool, but now it seems the King is right." He chuckled. "However he got that information… It seems to me that he has a plan. Something tells me that Daemon is involved in it."

Mushroom's Testimony: You have no idea.
---------------------------------------------------------

The North:D100 + 40 => 130

Meanwhile in the North, there is rumor and heartbreak from the Manderlys of White Harbor. There has been a changing in the wind, as the Septons of the North have proclaimed, that if freedom of the Cult is not respected, and those in the South are not treated well… they will have no choice but to break away from the Mother Church to form its own.

This came as a surprise to everyone, as the tensions of the south are not the North's problem.

But even the High Septon could not ignore such a proclamation from its northern brethren. Especially ones as noble and powerful houses.

Mushrooms testimony: Turns out that when the Last High Septon took control, the entire faith was split by his heavy-handedness and usage of street violence against more minorities. Many feared the faith would be stripped of all powers if he continued.

That's probably why he was murdered, and a far more… loyal man took control.
------------------------------------------------------

The Iron Islands:D100 + 40 => 45

The Ironborn raided, but they were told off by the King. They had had their fill of blood and violence. They would not take more slaves and thralls as they wished to grow the Iron Fleet.

If they wished to grow the fleets, they would have to come from the Greenlanders and pay the gold price.

Mushroom's Testimony: The King is trying to draw more… forces to the Eastern Shores, and he needs the best sailors on the continent. And the only way that he can do that is to promise them something more.

They want war. And he may give them one.
-----------------------------------------------------------------

The Reach:D100 + 40 => 80

The High Septon is dead, and another replaces him.

A man who is far more peaceful and open to the ideas… and the cult of freedom that Aegon supplanted.

Mushroom's Testimony: You didn't hear it from me, but Otto Hightower murdered him to prevent more religious violence from tearing the city apart.

And did so without the King's Knowledge.
-------------------------------------

The Stormlands: D100 + 40 => 53

The Stormlord's have done absolutely nothing, save for the strange subject of lowering their taxes. There is wealth flowing into the Stormlands.

And knights receiving messages from the Rogue Prince. To prepare.

Mushroom's Testimony: The King requested taxes be lowered all over the Seven Kingdoms. And that means many lords will make much in the way of coins soon.

As for Daemon: I think we all know what he plans.
-------------------------------------------------------
The Vale:D100 + 40 => 140

Lady Jeyne has thrown off her regents at the age of 10, by simply proclaiming that "You have failed the Vale, and many of my family. I will not allow you to fail any longer."

The Little Lady was clearly capable. But she blew everyone away with how she handled the administrative and military situations with her councilors. She dealt with the mountain clans with a great show of force and pushed them back into the mountains. And burned them out.

But what she did when the battles were over was something that had to be seen to be believed. She went to every member of her realm, even the Sistermen, and made them bend their knee. And after that, she gave them all freshly made cakes, and all said they were delicious.

Even her most hated and vocal opponents.

She has secured the Vale for herself. And did so with gusto.

Mushroom's Testimony: I really have nothing else to say. She managed to do all that before her tenth nameday.

She's quite good.
------------------------------------------------------------------

The Martells:D100 => 1

The Martells are no more.

All would remember their failures.

All would remember their hubris for all time.

The Rhynor Legacy, Nymeria's final gift, was squandered by her descendants.

Reward: May Nymeria roll in her grave at the failures of her family.
------------------------------------------------------

The Daynes:D100 => 94

The Three Daughters:D100 => 97

Prince Elrick Dayne looked at the High Magistrate. "That was quick." He stated.

"And devastating." The High Magistrate stated. "We made a deal to deal with this properly."

"It will take time for me to deal with the great houses of Dorne not accepting me as their new prince. It will take years."

"You don't have years. We know the Westerosi are coming, and they will want revenge against both our nations." THe Magistrate said. "And they will want this back." He showed him Dark Sister.

"You still have it?" He stated. "Are you mad?"

"Yes. Because we want them to come towards us, fight on our terms. What better way to make the Rogue prince finally forget that he has… many weaknesses more than his pride. That we stole from him."

"Let it be known I do not approve of this. We have already been devastated by blockade and civil war." The Prince said. "And you have not been helpful in that regard."

"Because we have much more pressing matters that we must attend to." He said as they both looked out to the slave factory.

And the large Balistas being built. "The Dragons are coming, and we must be ready to kill them all."

AN: enjoy.

Can't say I'll mourn the Martells lmfao.
Well, I am personally kind of sad... As I said before once, Targaryen and Martell genetics go together like chocolate and peanut butter... So when Dorne is unified with the rest of the Seven Kingdoms it is a shame to lose that potential...

Besides that, I really like the Current Generation of Martells in ASOIF, and they are some of my favorite POV, so I don´t really enjoy their extinction.

Well they aren't extinct per say...

You just don't know their wearabouts. and everyone thinks they are dead

Don't worry, that won't be your problem, but Viserys' Problem.

After, he might have a conquest of dorne on his menu, and he needs puppets.

Man what a rumor mill. Lots of good things happening for Viserys reign. And man Otto got tired of negotiating with the High Septon so decided to find a new one that is more peaceful.

Man Robert Wendwater possibly the new Lord Commander of the Ruby Cloaks? That's a big rise for him. Powerful than some lords now. That makes him, Emma and House Wendwater very important at Court with them more loyal to Viserys and Lucien.

I mean, he's trying to prevent more Faith bullshit.

And we all know what Faith bullshit will happen if they continued being dicks.

YEp.

And guess what...

He's loyal to us.

Fun times ahead.

It seems dorne is building ballistae, but won't those only be affective against the younger dragons? If they can even hit thenlm anyways...

Besides, when it comes to the general design of ballistae, you start to get rapidly diminishing returns as you increase their size, and the size/mass of the projectile,due to air drag and simple physics.

And all these issues are magnified further when you are using these seige weapons to shoot up into the air at a flying target, instead of shooting at something on the ground

No the THree Daughters are, big difference.

Well lets just say that they managed to wound Caerex... and want to repeat that.

Definitely loyal to Lucien. Like he hasn't even thought about having this much power. The fact he has it now from his friendship with Lucien?

Robert is very much gonna be a voice for Lucien at Kingslanding court even if Lucien isn't there. Along with Emma. Which....probably means Queen Aemma isn't a big fan of them. But they'd notice so a little awkward.

Well, well, well...

Let's hope the last Martells, wherever they are, prove smarter then their Predecessors and will make for willing Puppets.

And the Three Daughters should hope that they are indeed ready. For if they are not...

Then Fire and Blood will come over their precious Cities.

I mean... What did his injuries look like? Did they manage to straight up penetrate his scales or what?

Ballistae's range and projectile speed sharply decreases as their size starts to get larger than around the size of an adult human.... Best design for getting the most range and penetrative capability is in the form of much lighter ballistae.

Well they most certinaly will try. But the Daynes are popular right now... and they are not.

So it will take a lot of begging...

and ASOIAF like adventures, across Essos.

Then Fire and Blood will come over their precious Cities, with no mercy.
We're not interested in their cities, we're interested in the Stepstones. And that will do more then anything to cripple them.

He took 10 bolts to his body, his wings torn, and neck stabbed multiple time.
