@Azel's avatar is awesome, by the way. Where did you find it?

And I really really really want Daenerys to teach some magelings the basics of ritual-crafting. We can then take a bunch, tell them to buff each other and to go research rituals for the good level 1 and 2 spells. Worth it.

I have no idea anymore, but I think I dug it up on Pinterest somehow.

As for the rituals, go for it. That we haven't utilized this tremendous resource yet is a clear sign that we need a month of house-keeping.

I'm not quite sure why you think my avatar is in any way implying that I'm dishonest or manipulative. It is quite clearly showing the epitome of trustworthiness that is me.

Which is exactly what any devil would say, whilst carefully ensuring that you don't turn over the page of the excellent contract you're signing to read the fine print ;)

How long does it take to make a ritual and also can we take a breather this month. Like no cooky adventures or do we want to go to Sothryos and pick a few more spiders for the World Tree?

@Azel Admit it, you just hate your bosses and think the shitpile he's crafted is so terrible that you came to the Prime Material to do it better.

And that's why you chose Germany... :o

We'll probably have to deal with a few devil retaliations. Sothoryos is kind of on the table, but it's more a placeholder than anything else. We've got several other things for the Baby PCs to be doing at the moment.

Personally I wouldn't mind a whole month of mostly down-time to catch up a bit on research and get all those niggling things in our realm in order. So Lya spending the whole month on research is peachy for me.
That would be nice, IMO.

There is so much we can accomplish that doesn't require adventuring, Planar travel, or putting out fires.

Look what Viserys was able to do to the Alchemist's Guildhall with just one day of preparation and the Titan's Tools. He could have just as easily raised a sizeable fortress. Why don't we do that? We can find suitable locations for forts, maybe along important trade routes or other strategic locations, travel there, raise a fortress in a day then transport a contingent of Legion soldiers and workers to do finish work on the structure and to begin conducting regular patrols throughout the area. It's not about conquering anything, but just showing the flag and beginning to bring some structure and stability to our holdings. Perhaps the first forts could be placed at major intersections along our new road system? A safe, well traveled route such as the roads, with a fort to serve as a nucleus can rapidly grow into a village, then a town, and eventually a city. Dig multiple wells for each location and it'll only further attract travelers and might encourage the practice of agriculture.

If we want to establish Scholarium branches in Tyrosh and Naath, then we should take the time to construct suitable offshoot Shadow Towers to house the eventual Initiates and their instructors.

We could take a week off doing major stuff to visit shipwrecks identified by the Tritons.

And so on. Basically, there is a lot of shit we can do if we deliberately set out to not get into any trouble.

Lys is still percolating for at least another month, and Myr is just now coming to a low boil but needs more time to tip itself over the edge. Sitting back and waiting for the right time can be much more effective than trying to hurry the situation along.

Also why did we stop awakening mages? I doubt because of a lack of interest? Also we should check up on our two fledgling dragonlords and hatch the egg we gave Malarys... would that be a minor action? In general we should teach and give lectures and manage the kingdom a bit more

The Corbray situation is dealing with the Dragonseed Cultist who might possibly have the dragon egg that is still missing, trying to tempt the Corbrays into an infernal bargain.

We didn't stop awakening mages. They just take time to actually get trained. IIRC it's a big influx every three months.

As for our two fledgling dragonlords, Valaena is doing great. Her dragon Dawnfyre is now the size of a wolf, and she's getting very close to level 6. We can check on Joran, the other fledgling dragonlord, but he's probably just training to get strong enough to get sent on missions.

As for Malarys, he's perfectly capable of hatching his own egg. We'll give him a sacrifice for it when the time comes.

We haven't stopped, we just can't expect such incredible success as we enjoyed on the first attempt. Viserys already spent a couple days at the beginning of the month speaking at the Scholarium and he's scheduled to spend the last two days of the month doing it as well. Other Companions have been doing this as well. It helps mechanically, but can only do so much.

We just had a major class of graduates last month, so we shouldn't expect to see the results of our current efforts any earlier than two or three months, when the next semester of the Scholarium ends.

Okay I see that it just seemed like we stopped. Yeah no I guess that makes sense.

@Goldfish

Raising fortresses for the Legion and campuses for the Scholarium is something we don't need Viserys for. Just assign Titan Tool time for that. Though it will still need some money for furnishings. I will add that to the economics portion of the turn-plan.

Same for raising ships. We can send water typed Arcanums with Tritons to do that.

Delegation is key.

Edit: Also, Lys is happening next turn. We've send out instructions to our puppet.

I have been waiting for so long.

We are going to make so much money. And have a GHOST SHIP FLEET.

A GHOST SHIP FLEET!

MIGHTIER THAN BRAAVOS!

MADE OF DREAD PIRATE SHIPS!

I'm literally crying right now, I can't even.
