s the Monk's Belt for him, too, @TotallyNotEvil?
Yup.
I remember the Greater Truedeath Crystal is for Bronn, or was it Garin? Is the Lesser Fire Assault Crystal Richard and Oathkeeper?
Bronn, and Richard, yes. But first they must be reverse-engineered.
Same. Though that bnb one does look like they took the Draconic template like I wanted to give them. Maybe if we ever fo that?
Half the reason we want Erynies is the aesthetic of it :V
I like the first one because she's not only armored appropriately and armed with both a sword and bow, she also appears to be delivering a scroll to someone in the midst of battle. It's all too easy to imagine us having an Erinyes serve a subpoena to an Archduke of Hell or Demon Lord after we destroy their forces. "You've been served, Moloch. You are commanded to report to the Harvesting Chamber within 30 days. Or else."
Man I really like this one. Even the armour looks appropriate for what we are making them.
is that of a succubus.
A virgin succubus at that :V

But 3 and 4 are great. And hey, if you want armour with a max DEX of +8, you are going to get something at least a little bit sexy!
That's our as of yet not made necromancer Arcanum.

@egoo, to give context, Oathkeeper was forged from the remains of two dead enemies.

[x] Forge it of the strange golden metal of the Bright One's armor, and wrap it with the leather of the dead drake only fitting that the knight has a memento of his most glorious kills
[x] Leave it plain, that the knight may name his family's sword what he wishes
[X] A grinning skull pummel, reminiscent of the Loumouth banner
That should give you a clear idea on the coloring.

The purple dragonskin grip on the hilt looks perfect, though.

@Goldfish Any chance we can try buying Competence Bonus boosting items in the market, or else make them, for the Erinyes ritual? If you're still planning on doing it at the end of this month.

Otherwise, it can probably wait until next.

Edit:

You know, I've been thinking.

I think Viserys just might be the most practical Targaryen that ever existed. Hear me out. The megaprojects, the improbable adventures, the risk taking... but he only ever does something after he's thought about it at the speed of light a thousand times, and he never does something for no reason.

It took needing to wear something constantly to benefit from Mindblank to think to worry about wearing a crown.

Also appropriate, though, because I can't see Viserys allowing anyone else to crown him but himself.

We need to make a habit of Bloodwishing Watchware so that we can count it a background action for important items, we can also cast it on doors or hangings in ruins we want to investigate later and I'm sure we'll think of more.

Duration: Permanent
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: No

You create a mystical connection with a single inanimate object.
When that object is damaged, moved, or touched at any later time, you are instantly aware of the fact.
If another creature physically touches the object, you also receive a mental image of the creature, which counts as firsthand knowledge of the creature should you later choose to cast scrying or a similar spell on that creature.
The watchware is activated when the item is disturbed for any reason, whether someone touches it or pokes it with a pole, a cat walks on it, or an earthquake knocks it over.
The watchware functions only once and is then discharged.

I was actually thinking of trying to get it put into the vote after we finish rescuing the Witch dude. I want that competence bonus so we can get the ritual done sooner rather than later. I don't trust Mammon not to act against us if we have an entire month of us just having the Erinyes connected to hell.

Risking True Death... so be it. With this we're cheating as much as possible.

Which skills need them, and what bonus is needed?

I repeat my philosophy tree suggestion. It isn't a spell, so it shouldn't interfere with the ritual. As well, I like the narrative of the old gods giving our loot the knowledge to free themselves from Baator.

Here's everything that's been said about those things, @Goldfish.
I'm still not sure what the word is on a competence bonus boosting item for knowledge checks. @DragonParadox?
Logically it would probably be a book or scroll of some sort.
@DragonParadox, would that be a reusable item that we can get while we're in the interplanar market here? How much would those cost?
It would be the equivalent of Viserys' carving tools and cost as much as those do.
Judging from the Knowledge Checks in the ritual, you need competence-boosing items specifically for Knowledge (Religion) and Knowledge (The Planes).

@Crake can probably tell you more about that, but it's best that we get them now and just go through with the ritual rather than leaving Mammon an opening for his vengeance.

+10 competence itens are just 1000 IM to craft.

Yeah, the cost is negligible, but that isn't time we can scrounge up this month.

So we need +10 Knowledge(Religion) and +10 Knowledge(The Planes) competence items in book form. That's only 1,000 IM each. Hopefully they are available without having to be commissioned, but even if they have to be crafted, we should be able to pick them up in less than two weeks time.

*shrug*
my PC's color visualisation is shit.

Not to mention, that I actually have a bit of a eye disorder with differentiating tones of colors.
I honestly thought I was painting yellow flames instead of green :/

Whatever happened to my +20 competence Architecture and Engineering quill for Viserys? He should be spending his off time under the Philosophers tree doodled Typemoons Hangibg Gardens of Babylon type pet projects in the dirt for Pete sake.

I know my projects like the Canals of Dorne or the Imperial Castlebon the Crystal Isle built in the Stepstones wont ever come true but I'd like them to be doodles somewhere in his study that are technically perfectly doable with the plans doodled our apart from the absurd costs.

I'm in complete support of getting them as soon as we can manage.

Let's see... DP said that's +6 from borrowing Lya's Circlet of Clarity, +2 from Aid Another, +1 alchemical bonus from the Smoke Extracts, and then the +10 competence bonus from these items.

I'm unsure of exactly how it all stacks together, but I'm a lot more comfortable with this now.

@Crake, do you know how this all adds together? I didn't quite get the math you used when you were calculating it.

That would cost 4,000 IM for negligible gain, considering Viserys now has easy access to spells like Divine Insight, Grand Destiny, and Surge of Fortune.

It would be neat, but there are just better things to spend the time and resources on right now.

The Circlet only provides +2, not +6.

And so the dream of Dragon Laputa died not with a bang but with a whimper under the Auditers thumb. Never to be seen by human eyes.

Oh well, can we atleast have Viserys design a Luminescent Coral City district with air bubble zones and underwater farms attached for Sorcerers Deep? You know to go with his Bifrost Bridge? When are we costing in Rainbow Crystal's anyway? That was the best part.

Aww, don't call me an auditor. :(

Those are the guys that we have in the office every six months looking at financial statements, who without fail since I've been working at the company have at least one man among their number who refuses to flush the damned urinal. And it's always different people... :???:

DP's words, not mine.
Guarantee you that's a typo. Lya's Circlet of Clarity only provides a +4 Enhancement bonus to Intelligence, which translates to a +2 bonus to Intelligence-linked checks. It's getting upgraded to +5 this turn, and even then it won't help the Erinyes any more than +2, because they all have even numbers in their Intelligence attributes. If their Intelligence was 19 instead of 18, the +5 Circlet would at least get them a +3 bonus on their check.

Truly a hateful species. Their atrocities are systematic and virulent.

Hey, no biggie. If it wasn't for you guys being sensible. I'd have spent all our Tyrosh money creating a version of the Bubble Mangrove from One Piece which I would have then voted mass produced to create a bubble/ Forest of World trees bridge instead of the boring stone one we picked to connect two continents. With Underwater Mermaid Kingdoms every 20 miles of course.

I am the guy who wanted that quill specifically so we could Canon Omake into existence Viserys doodling Fantsy Canals of Mars level Irrigation and Dedesrtification networks for Dorne on the back of his paperwork.

If it's any solace, in a hundred years or so Moonsong will store all her treasures across the Sunset Sea. We can suggest a name for the cache. Something like, I dunno...

"Solo Hunk".

"Lone Fragment".

Or maybe like "Particular Quantity".
