Do you guys think it's worth trying to raise dead the Erinyes corpses so we can sacrifice them/harvest grafts/drain them for magebane poison? We can use Speak with Dead or divinations to see if it's worth the effort, and more than that the corpses have been preserved this entire time.

You can't raise dead Outsiders, and even then they would have to accept the raise. Spoiler: they won't

Not possible, unfortunately. You need to use the Revive Outsider spell for that, and it's only possible for that to work within one day per caster level of their death. They've been dead for several weeks now.

EDIT: I was wrong. Mis-remembered the spell.

Don't we have access to this through Malarys and Dany?

Revive Outsider – Spell – D&D Tools

It's a simple matter (and not even XP extensive) to use Speak with Dead to see if any devils are desperate enough to avoid demotion that they'll think we're trying to recruit them. It's worth a look at least.

Which means it's going to be a pretty big target. It might be prudent to make sure it's protected if/when the blue skinned cousin fuckers decide to attack it.
We'll have it adequately guarded, I'm sure. There will probably be at least one of our Treant Druids there at all times, along with plenty of trees for them to animate to supplement their offensive power.

The Tree of the First Age (yes, I'm campaigning for a new name so it doesn't get confused with the Dawn Tree) will be SWAMPED with guardians. Treats, Leshys, maybe even some druids and rangers. And there were even plant dragon guardians that were proposed at some point that we could get out of the Fungus Forge.

@Duesal, if we actually take at least 2 fuckmothering days to question Lore Devil, we'll get tons of sacrifice' names available.
I'm estimating what we can get out of Listener's skull, skull of Daemon champion and her with a minimum of 200-300HD.

And that is if we'll be limiting ourselves to devils/demons/daemons they know(n) acting on Planetos.

That might work for cold type enemies, but there are plenty of assholes who use fire too. It might be in our best interest to find a way to make Golems, or at the very least give one of them to said Treant Druid.

Metal for the Fire, Wood for the Ice, and whatever else we can Hire/Scrounge/Make/Summon for everything else.

You got to remember, this tree? It's going to be FUCKING HUGE, which means every asshole with something to prove is probably going to go after it if only to knock the Old Gods down a few pegs.

it will also be right by our capital city, so we'll have necessary forces to borrow at need.

You simply cannot out-paranoia us. :p We'll cover all bases regarding that tree.

Speaking about sacrifices.

You know that you don't need a name to summon a random outsider to butcher it, right?

Why a pirate when we have a Literal Legendary Captain? Grazdan the Grim, freedom fighter is the best one to Captain the most powerful ship in the world.

Because of this part from his character description;
A member of the far flung Saan clan most well known for never having quite managed to figure out that the saying: "The first king was a lucky pirate" implies that the kings should give up piracy. Lohos is the odd one out in that he always was more interested in seeing what is beyond the horizon than plundering it, which is not to say he had not done enough plundering to keep him comfortable in his old age.
Grazdan wants to go back to Slaver's Bay to harass the cities there and free slaves, both noble pursuits, but Lohos wants to be an explorer.

I'm going to sleep soon, so if there are any adjustments needed for the plan, please say so now.

And don't forget to vote!

Sure, but the names definitely help.

In any case, my Hit List:

Cornugons (1 reserved for Lawful Evil fiendish blood vat, and also to steal its awesome weapon)
Mariliths (1 reserved for Chaotic Evil fiendish blood vat, 1 fed to Yss, and also to steal their awesome weapons)
Mallors (maybe feed them to Yss, but not before stripping all magic items)
3 Thanadaemons
the Tormentor Devils we banished
The fucking Harvester Devil  (we're taking that Bag of Holding, too)
The former Memory Devil the second we get the fucker's name
The Vrock, not even to add any value to the sacrifice, but just to sacrifice him again

I'm really hoping that us substituting the oars on the ritual means she rows herself.

Current baseline crew should look like this:
- 90 skilled sailors
- 280 full-time rowers
- 100 ballistae gunners
- 15 Scorpion gunners, incluing 5 master (lv 5) engineers
- 120 "reserve" men, which do everything, from gruntwork needed for sailing, to substituting for rowers, to reloading ballistae during combat.
- ~15 officers
- ~60 petty officers (either assistants to officers or skilled personnel of some sort)
- ~150 marines (dedicated fighters)

With extraneous capacity for about 300 more people.

Any survivors? Readin' through the backlog, it's like we'd crash-landed onto or into the Elemental Plane of Salt(nope, no beatin' any dead horses here).

Honestly, this is great news. Don't we want to figure out what lies beyond the Sunset Sea, what lies beyond Asshai and the Shadowlands or how far Ulthos and Sothoryos go? We weren't gonna do that with no run-of-the-mill ships, that's for sure.

@Goldfish Originally when making Aradia, the name Artemis was touched upon but ultimately turned aside because we already have our own @Artemis1992 around.

But for this arcane archer of the sea, how about Diana, the Roman counterpart?

I really like Diana as name for this Arcanum.

Btw @Goldfish, was the upgrading of all current Arcanums to 7 HD taken care of already or is that something that still needs to happen? I'm in the middle of editing the front page and I'm a bit stumped on what to do there.
