It's a way to cheat death, and iirc, there's a shitty prestige class who transforms you into a construct.
So, to get the knowledge to create warforged we have to visit Mechanus and see how Inevitables are created?

Here is it the Axis, not Mechanus.

Also Artemis made a prestige class for Lya that finally made her into a construct. Obviously, it lost to Azel because Waifu Harem beats Mecha-Waifu eleven out of ten times.

It seems they become the already designed Clockwork Mages.

They get 15 construct HD with the Clockwork subtype, which in PF has good BAB but I suspect it'd translate to 3.5's 3/4ths, but still gives them 100-odd HP, four 1d6 slam attacks, +6 STR, +10 DEX, +8 NA, +2 Dodge bonus, construct immunities but notably not golem magic immunity, vulnerability to electricity, SR 20, DR 5/Adamantine, Lightning Reflexes and Improved Initiative as bonus feats.

Their casting is like this, fairky decent overall while Conjuration is fucking killer:

I thought we'd lose the book reading if necessary?
Yeah, Clockwork Mages are pretty damned good for their CR. The Conjuration-specced version is the best, but the Evocation one would be quite effective, too, especially with the Fiery Burst feat.

Viserys is only losing one day from reading the book when we go back to Sothoryos, unless the trip runs long. He can finish it next month.

Far less appealing, but becoming a construct is still great.
The immunities are beyond amazing, yes.

The big problem is, you lose you CON score, and get flat HP according to your size. At medium, that's 20 HP.

At level 15, that's equivalent to a CON mod of 1.3...

At 20th, it's like having CON 12. Not only that, but you instantly die if you hit 0 HP, which makes the virtual low CON problem even worse.

It's especially bad here where we die only at minus one-quarter of our total HP.

Wait, so we have a ritual that can make a 1 HD spellcaster into a 15HD Construct? That's awesome!
That's a great pile of skill points, right? Not sure how PF Constructs work.
And what do we call a brave spellcaster with a lot of skills and great immunities? A perfect Inquisition resource! Heck, now we can recruit people who are loyal and brave but haven't actually leveled enough yet into the Inquisition!

No, we have a ritual that can transfer the soul of a level 1 spellcaster into a construct.
We still have to make the latter, at the usual cost and time.

You know, we should find what kind of construct is the perfect one to break into some place and take everyone prisoner.

I mean, Rope Golems exist but they are kinda Meh

@Goldfish, for next turn's crafting can we make another Wayfinder? We're pretty overdue on that, and it's becoming necessary to have multiple while Viserys always keeps one on his person.
