I'm not interested in sharing either Heart Tree ritual, and none of the rituals offered by Zherys are worth the exchange.

The loot we gained, on the other hand, was really nice. Finally got that Summon Clockwork Mender Swarm spell, and the Codex is very nice. Dany or Malarys can use it with Create Lesser Demiplane to make temporary demiplane that last 26 days.

We can also stop wasting time on the Jorel Fairwind research action, which is awesome, because time is our most valuable commodity.

I'm interested in the ritual we acquired from Benerro. I know some of y'all might be disturbed by the implications, but so long as the subjects are willing, it's a great way to get decently powerful spellcasters. Some people might not mind magical transhumanism, if it changes them into ageless, tireless Constructs with few of the weaknesses of mortal flesh.

@DragonParadox Does the ritual create some variation of these? Clockwork, Mage – d20PFSRD

Son of Fair Winds completed instantly
@DragonParadox, so would this be an automatic action taken care of immediately when we get back home? Or is it something we'd need to plan for and set a day aside for?

Agreed on the Heart Tree rituals being way more valuable, and I also liked the Flesh-to-Steel ritual. That was really neat.

That's what the Red Priests are making but they did not give you the mens to do so just the soul transferance ritual

@DragonParadox
Do we have numbers how much the Flesh to Steel ritual limits the people who went through it?

And if it creates hard limits or soft ones.

Lya is not sure. She would have to study the results for some time .

@Duesal What have y'all got for research actions we could slot in there? Or maybe just put the days toward Dedicated Wright research?
Yep. For good measure, can we reassign the last leg of Naria's research days to the Dedicated Wright research instead of allotting it to item identification?

EDIT: The dedicated wright research is more of a priority than figuring out the Blood Chest.

Not sure if that's necessary, considering Lya is also putting a lot of days toward it, and ultimately, Naria's contribution to the research should be minor, considering she doesn't even have any crafting feats.

@DragonParadox, can you give us the scope of the Dedicated Wrights research action? We were never given any info on the project, so we just ended up randomly assigning around a week of Lya's time towards it. How many days does the project require, and how much will Naria be able to help?

So, uuuh...
I had nothing better to do.
So I made a list of spells Lore Devil will make avaliable to us once she's bookified.
Kind of puts in perspective the whole "thousands years of lore-keeping".

Ah, lovely Uniila. You will truly be a prize in our collection.

I think she only had spells up to 5th level?

We should propably soul-transfer a promising mage and then make a long-term study if that mage ever manages to go beyond 3rd level spells.

Any promising casters who might volunteer? How do Leila, Mia or the healer we looted from Tor think about transhumanism?

Since we can return Jorel to the living it seems likely we could rez the Flesh to Steel volunteer too, if it turns out there is a hard limit and the physical advantages are not worth the magical hindrances.

Nope, 6th or lower.
All uniilas possess Scribe Scroll as a bonus feat. An uniila is treated as knowing all spells of 6th level or lower in the Pathfinder RPG Core Rulebook and can create scrolls of any of those spells. Whether an uniila knows rarer magic is decided by the GM.
Also, @DragonParadox, we need your work on how much Naria can help Lya with the Dedicated Wrights study action. That's a major deciding factor in her schedule this turn.

It would be an interesting way to increase the usefulness of the Legion's numerous Hedge Mages. Ask for volunteers, then craft them a powerful Construct body. After a certain number of years, they can opt to be returned to a flesh and blood body.

They would basically be magical full conversion cyborgs, without the fiddly bits of leftover meat.

Yep, we can offer reincarnation deals for this.

That said, I still want that freaking Cyclic Reincarnation scroll.

@egoo, is that spell in Core Pathfinder or no? I'm assuming we shouldn't rely on the Uniila for that?
