Ah, well rest assured that for years at minimum it's mostly going to be ASOIAF world-conquering before even considering going to epic levels.
I suppose I'll take what I can get.
To be honest, I've always been more interested in developing kingdoms than making them.
The conquest part always seemed rather boring, especially when one side is so much more powerful than the other.
It's the aftermath, the administration, the interactions with subjects and allies, the brokering of trade agreements and negotiations, the diplomacy and subterfuge, those are the things I find more interesting.
I have a bad feeling that in the desire to conquer, the desire to administer will dissipate and be fobbed off onto npcs while we make plans to conquer more stuff.
I also just kind of like the "feel" of a more varied world, if that makes sense.
Like, if we owned all of it, every interaction would be mostly dealing with troublesome vassals while occasionally rewarding the ones who kissed your ass the most.
With multiple powerful empires, we can get a lot more interactions, and a lot more conflict, even nonviolent, to drive forward the story.
But anyways, sorry if I rambled there a bit, but I felt like I had to get that off my chest.
