Ideas: "mighty as I am, to promise full protection to a place not under my rule is beyond me. What if something happens while I am away? My only concern in this (at this moment), is the status and location of Renly Baratherion. If kindly fey wish to provide good and fairly paid for service, well, that sounds wonderful.

Unless the presence of the imposter, playing the role of rightful Lord is required for you to stay here [as in, the fey need Frenly to pretend to be Renly to have presence/power], I don't see why you should come to woe.

I see no reason why the imposter need be revealed, if Renly is returned and restored to health. And if it is, play it off as some random evil mage (or even mind-flayer?).as opposed to a fey.

And if they fey imposter is needed [for you to stay here as you are], then I am willing to help meditate discussions between Renly and Frenly [for a day or two] so they can come to an equitable arrangement that sees the imposter free to roam [doing little/no harm, usual stuff], and Renly back on his chair.

What use would be a pristine inn if I have to surround it with the bodies of my foes, who wished to destroy it just to strike at something that I protected?"

Even if we controlled all of Westeros and were well into Epic levels, we couldn't guarantee the safety of this inn. Not even if we isolated it on a demiplane and put a permanet Prismatic Sphere around it. The oath the fey is asking is far too open-ended, and you are leaving it in play, if not immediately.

Remember, we are closely associated with a rather uncompromising pantheon of gods/hive-mind/whatever the hell the OG are that abhor oathbreaking.

That entire line of conversation needs to be axed. Never make absolute promises to the fey, and be wary of those who ask such.

Need to keep the carrot in play after all. If he can cough up the support of the Stormlands fey, we can haggle further.

Fabricate a container around it in it's entirety, including beneath, ant haul and some form of strength enhancer, if there is one better than bull's strength, then invisible, then HHD, then celerity, then teleport.
We just need to Stone Shape a sturdy panel of stone beneath it. A few buffs and Ant Haul takes care of the rest.

Worst case we lift it together with Dragon Dany. Teleport isn't forbidding you to take items along that are hauled by multiple people as long as you are not over carry weight and can Teleport everyone involved.

Transporting it intact would be utterly impossible without scooping up the entire foundation and a huge amount of the soil it is set upon. And that is beyond both our means, and time available for stupid projects.

You're kidding. We can share the carry weight!?!?!?!? *Laughs Maniacally*

How Heavy is a Boat?

Also relevant, how many people tend tt be on a boat at a given moment when it's ashore? If we can sleep the crew and deposit them somewhere quietly, that would be preferable.

Fabricate covers a lot of sins. Do we have some form of stone-travel spell like the Xorn's ability?

Also, if we can't teleport it, then I'm against this idea, but if we can, well...

I've ran the numbers a while ago. Viserys can lift a sizeable ship on his own.

I continue to be amazed at the sheer zeal that emerges whenever anything starts being looked upon as potential loot.

I'm starting to feel that the dragon race as a whole are largely lacking in perspective, when it comes to what may constitute loot for their hoards.

Renly: "You stole ma inn."

Regarding the oath, if we steal the inn and swear the oath. Wouldn't there still be no restriction on the house spirits behavior? Wouldn't we theoretically bound to protect him e.g. when he does not pay debts/slaps devils/...
