Well damn, I was wrong.
I always thought Garugin could fly.
All other Devils that were intended to be in that army fly at 50-60 ft per round.
I guess since the armies are not fully defined by now I'd just replaced them with more Bone and Ice devils instead, keeping everything else the same.
Then we have 50ft as slowest flyer.
Aside from that, I thought Readiness represented numbers, ability to absorb losses?
Cause that's a lot of Readiness on our flyers there.
Armor also plays into readiness. For example, undead_heavy would cover formations of Black Brutes and Black Champions, who would not be numerous, but who are HP bags.
Same for the flyers. They got good armor and plenty of HP. Though Wyverns could probably do with a bit less.
I think I'll need to drop the cap of 100 for capital vessels.
"Well they aren't all going to take the deal that is for sure, you pretty much spelled out the bosses are not gonna have a good time of it," Maelor says as he sets his feet on a polished maple table, slowly sipping a cup of spicy ginger tea. "The apprentices are probably going to take the deal. What difference does it make to them who they call lord? Same as any other smallfolk..." He pauses a moment. "You know, that's a stupid thing to call folk. It's like you want to overlook them and have it bite you in the ass. At least when the magisters said 'slave' they had the sense to be just as scared as they were prideful fucks."
Part of you wonders what the staff of the Rock would think if they could understand Maelor's idiosyncratic mix of accented street slang academic High Valyrian and Ignan he had picked up in the City of Brass. Amusement quickly turns sour as you see the very real fear in the eyes of the footman tasked with delivering the report from the Golden Shields communications. These folk are still waiting for the other shoe to drop and likely will for a long while. If there is a place that has heard every poisonous rumor about you and yours then it it this one.
"Thanks you," you reply with a nod of the head and a deliberate smile to set the man at ease, unrolling the note with a flip of your wrist. Alas the smile does not last long.
"Already?" Dany asks, seeing your expression. "I mean, I knew they were going to be a problem child, but this is more like a problem baby, screaming in the middle of the night as soon as it was born."
"Well they have had plenty of time to curdle bad blood already is the trouble. Every principal Bannerman from the Banfords to House Swyft of Cornfield were either under an enchantment which we just broke, or they knew thanks to Tywin being about as subtle as an avalanche in the Frostfangs that they were being watched and we just made it public that the only steps in his future lead to a scaffold not a throne."
"They are going to want their quart of blood," Garin catches on, referencing a well loved Braavosi play about a money-changer who got a bit too clever with his asking price.
"And someone had best be there to tell them they cannot break skin else we will not have as many mages joining up as we might have hoped, and Malarys will have far too many murder cases against high lords to prosecute," you finish darkly.
"You know, I don't think it counts as imperial territory until you get someone there to raise the colors," Dany pipes in a bit too cheerfully. Seeing you look in askance she shrugs. "Look, I don't like slavers this side of the Narrow Sea anymore than the ones in Essos. If anything they have less of an excuse since they cannot quote 'the ways of their fathers' in their defense."
"Squids and devils and monsters in the hills, that's gonna scare a lot of folk," Sandor offers surprisingly. "I know what it's like to serve the bloody Lannisters I do. Some days it was even hard to imagine I could be serving anyone else, even with all the son of a whore did to let Gregor run wild like a beast in the land as long as he had his collar. I... well, I talked to some Golden Shields in King's Landing. They weren't the worst folk you could be breaking bread for. No highborn most of them, just folk that got told here's this magic, you serve Tywin bloody Lannister now."
The sound of a tray dropping with a clang against stone interrupts the words. Apparently of all the strange and mystical goings on tonight, the Hound counseling mercy was the grain that broke the ox's back. You absentmindedly will your cloak to stretch out and swallow tray and shattered cups while a minor spell handles the spill, not realizing until Dany tells the servant that it is alright and he will not be harmed that this gesture is likely to be taken very differently here than in the Deep.
If Westeros is a different world then the Westerlands are its farthest corner, and highborn or low they would have to be handled with care.
How do you order the pacification of the Westerlands?

OOC: It almost took me as long to compile that list of Houses and decide who to strike off the list as it did to write the update. In any case we are not going to have an interlude for each one or anything, but I would like to roll for all of them just like in the other kingdoms to see how things go, and for that I need to know who will be delivering terms to them and how.
so i assume the houses not on that list like the Westerlings surrendered immediately or did they just not get a mention?
westerling was actually the only one i knew/had interest in due to the whole mugging a winter hag Jeyne Westerling did
If it's 4 in the morning by now, the air force should all be done everywhere. No need to make this more complicated than it already is.
[X] The Imperial Airforce had ample time to get into position and with the bindings broken, they can now move in and deal with the remaining keeps.
-[X] Broken Crest and Crakehall, as the only keeps in the Westerlands, are close enough that the Legion should have already been close enough to take it.

No, that would happen at the same time as the Org regain, but unlike Org, it consumes resources. It's not implemented yet, so I didn't mention it, but I've added the value while I was expanding unit statistics.
Due to how things work, I'm pretty much dropping the notion of a month-long turn. Things will resolve on a day to day base.

Summoners and the like, to be attached to Devil armygroups, not useful in combat itself, but useful to summon reinforcements, be sacrificed for rituals and similar things.
most of the lords know exactly who enslaved them and who freed them so they should be at least neutral towards us at the very least despite the Lanister propaganda

I'd wait with that until I've got to at least basic supply logistic. It might make more sense to do something like that as a support unit that raises supply cap.
@Azel According to the Westerlands map I have, House Kenning of Kayce is very close to Lannistort. Perhaps we should send the legion on a march there, too?

The problem is that they can kill all the mages of the Golden Shields that come to hand. And from my point of view, even an Apprentice of the Golden Shields would be more useful than the average lord of Westeros.
@DragonParadox would it be possible to restore the metallic dragons by having the old gods point us to there remains and either casting resurrection to raise them back from the dead or miracle to restore their bodies then duping them in the flesh forge to create new metallic dragon hatchlings ?
