Not a fan of bugles. Always thought they were kinda silly looking. Thankfully, with magic all things are possible, such as an amulet that carries the enchantments.

Will add a few to the 5th month's crafting schedule.
But it's traditional! A fanfare would also work.

As for being beautiful, we have a bunch of beautification spells stacking:
Devil's Ego - "your features soften, becoming attractive and appealing"
Inner Beauty - "its body and visage grow lovelier and more elegant, taking on an appearance of rapturous beauty and grace"
Divine Presence - "nearly inhuman presence"
Air of Nobility - "aura of nobility around the target, to the point of intimidating others"
Voice of the Dragon - "your voice deepens, taking on a resonance that makes the listener think of authority, power, and great age"
Crown of Glory - "aura of celestial authority on you, inspiring awe in all lesser creatures who behold your terrible perfection and righteousness"
Righteous Aura - "You are bathed in an unearthly glow for the duration of the spell"
Starmantle - "cloak of tiny, cascading stars that seem to flicker out before touching the ground. The cloak forms over the target's existing apparel and sheds light as a torch"
Sacred Nimbus - "surrounded by a nimbus of golden light shaped like your god's holy symbol or a symbol of your faith"

Let's see here...

>both have Silver hair and purple eyes
>both are Conquerors of many states
>both of them have ego the size of an Interplanar Empire and lived in decadence and riches
>both possessed thousands of Legionnaires at their beck and call
>and both of them picked up a talking magical sword that hosts an evil, bloodthirsty spirit
Hm...

I can see where you are coming from...

Added 10 of these to the crafting schedule, @Azel. Only 1,000 IM each, so quite cheap for the effect. We'll probably end up making more of these in the future.
  • Amulet of Forceful Oration (wearer constantly benefits from the Clarion Call & Amplify spells)
Should be able to switch that on and off with a free action. Constantly on would be annoying.

Also, make sure one of them goes to Glyra.

That's a standard feature for almost all constant effect magic items. I'll add wording that it can be shut off as needed, though. Doesn't hurt to be thorough.

The standard ones wouldn't be worn constantly anyway, as Amplify isn't something you want to be affected by at all times and everyone has a better general use item occupying their Amulet slot. An Erinyes, for example, would need to remove their Amulet of Tears in order to use one of these. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning.

I'll add some slotless versions, too, so select individuals can benefit from them in addition to their normal gear.

Perfect. Now all we need is to have him cast Closet-Piercing Gaze so Viserys can leave the court in personal as well as political and religious turmoil. :V

Seriously though, I think this is the widest variety of social effects we've ever stacked. Brain melting might not be in the table any more, but anyone who gets within 200 ft or so of Viserys is going to remember it for the rest of their life.

Added.

@Goldfish, would you kindly add "+5 against people who think Viserys is sexy" to your social buff post?

I thought that one was Enhancement-based so didn't even check it this morning when I was putting that post together. My mistake.

Adding it now.

Look. At CHA 44, the only people who won't have confused feelings about Viserys are Richard and Stannis. Adding a supernatural sexy look ain't changing all that much here.

[] Plan Absolute Heresy
-[] Buffs:
--[] Viserys gets his usual speech buffs and in addition uses Miracles to copy Greater Angelic Aspect (wings hidden by Greater Ribbon of Disguise) and Crown of Glory, spending Bloodwishes for Divine Presence, Sacred Nimbus,
Devil's Ego, Righteous Aura and casts Starmantle on himself. Lastly, he casts Adoration of the Frightful from a scroll.
--[] Balerion is buffed by Starmantle and Adoration of the Frightful from a scroll.
--[] Overland Flight is cast on anyone in the party not yet able to fly.
-[] When the Dauntless arrives over Kings Landing, it will be hidden in a cloud and carry with it a small layer of floating ice crystals over the city. When it reveals itself the cloud dissipates, revealing the vessel, whose glammered hull is made to display the Targaryen crest.
-[] Viserys casts as Miracle to wrap the Dauntless and the incoming Wyverns in flames. Those flames won't hurt anything, but they will shed a warm, almost golden light that lights up the entire city, and which will reflect in the ice layer above, creating an aurora-like effect that lights up the whole night sky.
-[] Balerion, the Heralds and the Wyverns will circle above the city, shedding their light on it and lighting up the sky.
-[] Viserys steps off the Dauntless' hull, gently floating down to the plaza before the Great Sept of Baelor while using scrolls of Mages Decree and his Angelic Aspects Truespeech to deliver his words to everyone in the entire city.
-[] Speech:
--[] "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the city of Sorcerers Deep, an Imperator has been crowned." 30 Words - 2 Scrolls
--[] All Imperial soldiers within the city will chant in reply, due to being spread out over the city, they will be heard in the entire city and it will sound like a massive chorus coming from everywhere: "Glory to the Imperator, here on this world and beyond."
--[] "You were made to toil and suffer in darkness by wicked kings and scheming lords, but today, I come to end their reign. With me, I bring my legions, so that the righteous shall know reprieve, and that the wicked shall know fear." 43 Words - 2 Scrolls
--[] Chorus: "By his will, we march and justice shall follow in our steps."
--[] "With me, I bring my healers, so that you may know succor. No longer shall you be made to starve. No longer shall you fear sickness and rot." 28 Words - 2 Scrolls
--[] Chorus: "Through his hand, this world shall be mended."
--[] "With me, I bring the light, so that it may warm your hearts and minds." 21 Words - 1 Scroll
--[] Chrous: "In his light, peace shall reign."
--[] "So come forth and see, for the dawn has come." 10 Words - 1 Scroll
-[] At this point, Viserys lands on the plaza, most likely in the midst of a stunned crowd. Bonus points if the High Septon comes out and kneels at this point.
-[] Viserys will then lead his party to the Red Keep and to the Iron Throne.
It's a good thing we aren't doing this speech over Casterly Rock. Tywin would fill us full of Dragon Slayers mid sermon.

So we won't have a shortage of people praying to us I guess...have we reached the point where we have to roll just right lest we send the people of Westeros on a religious lynching?

[X] Azel

The original version was tacky, but this is much better. We're still completely full of ourselves, of course, but at least now we're doing it with style!

And comparing Viserys to Fulgrim is insulting. Fulgrim failed his Will saves and never actually got to be Emperor. Meanwhile Viserys just spontaneously achieved the physical perfection Fulgrim sought - we didn't have to sell our souls to become a Dragon!

On another note, maybe I'm misreading the buff pile, but AFAIK Nixie's Grace would have an effect. Its +8 enhancement bonus to Charisma overlaps with our gear, but improves our final Cha by +2. Could we add it?
