[X] Goldfish

It would be good for 1 buff per ally she uses it on. For debuffs on enemies, if we can't get to them in the 2+ hours, then we probably weren't getting them in 24 hours. We can probably find something better.
It would basically allow us to insert another powerful effect into Dany's Persistomancy, when we're already limiting it now for fear of making it too powerful. So while it could be very powerful, I wouldn't go for it because the investment isn't worth it. For a caster without Persistomancy, however, it would be much better.
What if it took a mythic crafter to make?
I think @BronzeTongue and I have different reads on the stuff. To me it looks like you can use it to prepare any Mythic spell on your spell list by expending two Mythic Power, even if it's not one that you know. It seems to do obviate the need to learn Mythic Spellcasting.
Would the dispel caster level + mythic tier be capped at 25? Or would the caster level be capped at 25, then the mythic tier added to that?
Ah, thanks. I had that deliberately specified, but shuffled some stuff around and didn't paste it back in. Fixing it now.

[X] Malarys' Mythic Rank
-[X] Mythic Feat: Mythic Spell Lore (Chain Dispel)
-[X] Mythic Path: Hierophant
-[X] Divine Surge:
--[X] Inspired Spell (Su): You can expend one Mythic power to duplicate any Divine spell on your class or Domain spell list, up to your highest level of spells known, with a +2 caster level bonus as a Standard Action.
-[X] Path Ability:
--[X] Eldritch Breach (Su): You always roll twice on any Caster Level checks (to Dispel, overcome Spell Resistance, etc) and take the higher result.
Okay, plan updated with the DP approved Mythic Chain Dispel for Malarys.

That's a good point, I was thinking that it's actually let us get some use out of the obscure mythic spells that we'd never really use a permanent mythic spell selection for.

It locks it to the "basic" mythic spell and requires prior investment of a higher mythic point cost, so it's not as efficient for combat stuff unless the spell in question has a really good effect. Not having the points around to use as needed is a vulnerability, and the fact that once you use a spell prepared using IoD you can't just spend more mythic points to do it again make it substantially weaker than actually taking the mythic spells.

While I'm not inherently opposed to something like incense of divinity I do think it is much too cheap on the alchemical side. That feels like it should be the sort of thing you grind up pieces of four dead gods and set them alight with the the hidden fire at the heart of the positive energy plane or something. It should not be even remotely possible to do with off the shelf ingredient because it degrades the meaning of mythic.

I'm not sure I'd go that far. We can do better things with dead god corpses than making incense out of them.

While I agree that its really strong, if we ever get 4 god corpses to craft with, I doubt we would consider making this over making 4 artifacts with. Speaking of which, when are we going to get around to doing something with the cr25/m5 Tiamat's avatar corpse?

That makes sense, I figured it'd need modifications if we were going to use it, it's useful enough I thought it'd be worth bringing up. Snorting fertilizer and magical vegetable juice to gain cosmic power is kind of silly.

edit: wait, we have a pile of god-bits right in front of us. I think setting aside some of the first god that Malarys has personally humiliated for him to snort for power would be a perfectly valid way to get some of this stuff.

Haha, imagine how hard it would be to get this stuff in steady quantities if you got addicted to it.

@Goldfish I'm not opposed to your proposed plan, but chances are I will be writing up a custom path for Malarys for those of us who prefer a bit of flavor to Path abilities.

Malarys for example is more of a secular official than he is a priest. So I would think his Path would be that of the Judge.

Abilities would center around negating magic, counter-spelling and I think discerning magical effects/people's intentions. Probably with some flavor wrapped up in it, like having innate Tier bonus to all Knowledge (Law) checks as he understands the local ordinances and codes on a soul-deep level of whichever land he walks in, and possibly an ability to conduct interrogations against even alien minds (some kind of immunity to insanity would be the simplest).

Dawnfyre -- Valaena Velaryon's dragon -- size of a griffon -- dark red in color -- hatched on the Twenty-Seventh Day of the Second Month 293 AC

Ember -- Joran of Dragonstone's dragon -- size of a small horse -- ember in color -- retrieved on the Thirteenth Day of the Third Month 293 AC

Sheepstealer -- Nettles of Dragonstone's dragon -- lower end of huge-sized -- muddy brown in color -- raised from the dead on the Fourth Day of the Seventh Month 293 AC

Silverwing -- Rhaella Targaryen's dragon -- Mature Adult -- silver in color -- raised from the dead on the Eighteenth Day of the Ninth Month 293 AC

Korzion -- Saenena Caleris' dragon -- Adult -- rust red in color -- raised from the dead on the Eighteenth Day of the Ninth Month 293 AC

Meleys the Red Queen -- Maelor's dragon -- Adult -- crimson in color -- raised from the dead on the Eighteenth Day of the Ninth Month 293 AC -- assigned to Maelor on the Second Day of the Eleventh Month 293 AC

Caraxes the Blood Wyrm -- Zherys' dragon -- Young Adult -- blood red in color -- raised from the dead on the Eighteenth Day of the Ninth Month 293 AC -- assigned to Zherys on the Second Day of the Eleventh Month 293 AC

Grey Ghost -- currently unclaimed -- Adult -- ash grey in color -- raised from the dead on the Eighteenth Day of the Ninth Month 293 AC

Balerion the Black Dread -- Viserys Targaryen's dragon -- Advanced Wyrm -- black in color -- raised from the dead on the Eighteenth Day of the Ninth Month 293 AC
Also, @DragonParadox, in the update, Malarys repeatedly mentions he tamed a dragon, but these are all the dragons which we currently possess.

Malarys opted to instead hatch one later, didn't he? He does have an egg.

I forgot about that.

@DragonParadox, on the subject of Valyrian Dragons:

1. Have Reva and Liset Bealus hatched their eggs yet? A few months ago you said they were right on the cusp of it.
2. Have Aenie and Aelor Caleris hatched their eggs yet? They've had theirs for close to four months now.

That's four eggs that should be hatching right around the same time. Maybe the riders-to-be teamed up for it?

That's cool with me. It should fit in perfectly well with what I've proposed so far, I think.

I'll change the proposed name of his Path in my plan when I get home.

So long as Longevity is chosen I'm game. Malarys was always frank about his utter refusal to die.

I'll rolls them when the narrative is a little less tense. I don't want to break things off.

So far we have been pinning Longevity in some form at around 2nd Tier for every character who goes Mythic barring Viserys.

So I'm guessing we will probably keep with that pattern.
