Does ANYONE know of any story that have that many HD for sacrifice/crafting purposes when it's not against the very definitive end game villain?

He is a willing and unrepentant servant of Tiamat, having tortured and murdered freely in her name, thus without a reasonable doubt to be treated as other cult leaders would. Due his value and strength, denying his soul to Tiamat is of great importance, as it further hobbles her ability to recover from the blow dealt to her. That it also provides a way to learn the information hidden in his mind is largely secondary.
-[X] If possible ask to receive Mindblank piercing tracking capabilities against the last of the Risen Nine, the escaped dragon and drakes, Illyrio, and any other Golden Company / Tiamat aligned VIPs.

Can it wait? That's something we definitely need to get around to soon, but it's not as time sensitive as the above. DP confirmed we still have time to deal with it and we haven't lost ground or initiative to the Rat King yet either.

The sooner Yss is fed, the sooner we know of anybcontigencies/boltholes only F!aegon knew.

Who knows if they have another Nine somewhere.

The thing is I'm pretty certain that they got some hidden secrets in that fortress somewhere. Hidden loot stashes, traps, backup plans... could be just about anything. If we want intel, we should get the most valuable source done first.

It also eliminates the risk of Tiamat, her pets or someone else trying something with him or his soul. It's a loose end that we can tie up right now and I see little reason to wait.

Speaking of tying up loose ends, we should also stuff Maelys into Yss gullet once Qyburn dissected everything of value out of him. Letting any CE Targ souls laying around when Tiamat is in the need of new assets for a revenge plan would be sloppy.

Aside from knowledge, what else should we ask Yss for feeding him two Tiamat-empowered Blackfyre souls?

I'm kind of tempted to go a ridiculous route. I once saw Cobra Dragons in a Dragon Magazine issue.

I'd be fine with getting Mindblank piercing tracking beacons on every VIP they are aware of, that being the last of the Risen Nine and the escaped dragons, drakes and GC VIPs like Illyrio.

We can haggle about what to get from sacrificing that little bundle.

okay, that is a much better idea, and we can always just make a cobra dragon in the flesh forge if we feel like it.
