Anya's updated sheet hasn't been applied yet, though even at level 7 she shouldn't really be involved much in this.

Ser Kennos has finished his retraining and is now a Fighter 3/Paladin 7.

Benerro is at least 15th level, as he has been confirmed to be able to cast 8th level spells.

You mentioned the Mighty Mind Dragons, but not the other relevant Forge Creations. The Fiery Dragonbeasts (x8) and Seawyrms (x3) should be considered, for sure.

You also left off our 24 Glass Golems.

That's all that comes to mind at the moment.

Our Minotaurs aren't pushovers. Most of them are the rough equivalent of 9th level, while some are equal to 10th and a few at 11th.

Just noticed that DP hasn't applied Shadow Tor's updated sheet either. That one should be CR 8 when he's up to date.

I'm not touching the bioengineered stuff with a 10-foot pole, we have too many of them, spread too widely over the thread, and I have no idea which may or may not fit the best.
Really, I'd rather you manage them as you've been.

TBH, the "lots of shit scattered too thin over the thread" is a horribly prevalent thing with PCs.
I'm thinking about making a list similar to this one, but including everyone, regardless of level/suitability foe the encounter.
I likely won't, but damn did I feel a need for one such, while searching up the levels and the sheets.

I haven't added them originally since most of them didn't seem to be of all that much use for a non-social and/or non-sea encounter.

However, with all the weaker assets added since, I have no real excuse not to.

Qyburn should be counted. He's a really powerful Archivist, and he'd probably be the best commander for the various undead forces.

Mm, I don't think we should include Barghests, they are too low-power to be of much use against the real targets we are going for. Also relatively squishy.

And I can't find the additional numbers of Legion Devils, even though I remember them too.
So we can safely count them as "too few to be of great use" for this mess.

Didn't he already agree to join our god-trap setup personally, without further costs than we already payed for his aid?

Still, in term of potential combat I don't think I want the CR 30 Snek there. That would effectivly mean our own party's contributions in the fight against Tiamat won't matter much.
Either Yss wins, or Tiamat has a CR 30+ monster that we'll have to flee from.

Yss will be busy enough fighting Timmie on a metaphysical front once we put WoS on... someone/thing, anyway.
I recon, it is best not to split our Gods' attention on that.

Though on the other hand, I would kinda enjoy watching a fight between Tiamat and Yss, with Viserys being just an observer.

Like the Benjen interlude with Amy vs Wendigo, only higher leveled.
 
Well, Viserys would comprehend more of what was going on than Benjen did.

Though that just makes the difference in power even more stark.

I'm quoting most things for later I want to respond to but I wanted to do this one while I had the item name in mind.

There is 3.5 precedent for exactly this in the item Contract of Nepthas (I've wanted to make these in the past), so Lesser Geas on the Tree should work just fine and likely allow a broader range of effects than a Curse.

We could probably just make people report themselves to the magistrate if we don't leave the forfeit open to the parties of the agreement.

If the latter I'd expect a healthy use by the local criminal elements, given I consider organised crime much more in our interest than dis-organised crime this can be counted a boon too.
