At this point two weapons for every person certainly isn't unreasonable. One Valyrian Steel, one Cold Iron.If we're sending people into the Feywild, we should at least set them up for success.
Valyrian Steel weapon of choice (0 IM) - Sometimes its better to have a +2 weapon available.
+1 Cold Iron weapon of choice (200 IM*)
Adamantine or Mithral armor of choice (100 IM*)
Ring of Protection from Evil (400 IM)
Ring of Sustenance (250 IM) - Who wants to eat or drink anything in that place? The less you have to sleep there, the better.
Healing Belt (75 IM)
Amulet of Tears (230 IM)
+2 Stat Booster of choice (400 IM**)
Earring of Arcane Acuity (340 IM) - Essential, given the prevalence of Fey who can turn Invisible or use Illusion magic.
Anklets of Translocation (140 IM)
Total: 2,135 IM
*Essentially 0 IM, at least from an enchanting time perspective, thanks to our Mage-Smiths finally learning to work with Cold Iron, Adamantine, and Mithral.
**Or several +1 boosts for those with important stats that are odd numbers.
It is a massive relief that our smiths can now work all of the metals. I love that we can delegate these things to them now.
Also, I have a vague idea for who to send with f!Renly.
f!Renly
1-2 Blink Dogs as scouts
1 Lotus Leshy as a healer, or alternatively one of our various baby clerics as a chance to level them up
1 Ranger from among the ones Soft Strider has been teaching (~level 4 last we checked) or a Little Valyrian Rogue
1 level 5 Fighter (we literally have hundreds to pick from)
1 Scholarum Mage (wizard, mystic, or sorcerer)
1 Fey Guide from the vassalized Court of the Orphne
This is dangerous, yes, but it's also a good shot to level the baby PCs up and have them much stronger and thus more useful upon their return. In spite of myself I'm excited for what the Wild Hunt has to say when they get there.
