[] Under the Boiling Sea: Scry for the Char Serpent swimming through molten sea of Plane of Fire
-[] As a result of his anti-divination protections being overcme by scrying, hunters will rush towards it. Counter-ambush them.
-[] Assigned: Viserys, Rina, Richard, Lya, Vee

Sound good enough? A Minor Action in truth, but one best prepared for beforehand, imo.

Hmm... the first would be military and probably folded into Amrelath's conquest, the second could just be a write in under works of flesh

[] New-Kindled Realm: You promised Amrelath his own realm to rule upon the Sea of Fire and so you shall deliver, a safe harbor for corsairs hostile to the Efreeti and Fire whale pods also
Action: Military
Progress: 25
Cost: 50,000 IM
Upkeep: Special (Forms a military colony)
I like this option, we will need more outposts eventually, as I don't think all the Whales live close enough to each other, that there's anywhere they can all reach monthly, and due to their high food requirements, they can't group together more.

Maybe we could combine it, Amrelaths outpost provide protection and harvesting for the Whales who live in range, and the Phoenixes travel with the pods who are further out.

If we give the Phoenixes a way of communicating, they can send for help if a pod is under attack by a Whaler.

@DragonParadox We're no where close to being ready for Amrelath to set up a colony on the Plane of Fire. That's probably years off as things stand.

Can you write up an action for Velen and his fellow Lesser Phoenixes to Summon more of their kind we can assign to Baella as a crew of roving Fire Whale Gem Harvesters?

@DragonParadox Can you make an action for training some Phoenixes to harvest gems and travel with the Whales, I would prefer to combine it with Amrelaths outpost, but I see no reason they can't get an early start on Harvesting, and then linking it to Amrelaths outpost for extra protection later.

Ah, but we were to summon some more devils from 26 to 30th?
We got the demons, but you never elaborated what Devils we summoned from that number.
Together they are supposed to total 420HD.

OK, so first here's what was in the PM so everyone can see it.

Can you write that up? Like where the Barghests go, the Legion Devils, Fallen Archons, etc?
[] Assigning the fresh troops
-[] The Barghests are placed with Khal Rhango
-[] Send the Fallen Shield Archon to Rhango
--[] Ask Yrael to send a trusted Archon (mayve a Shield or Preceptor) to Rhango to help him and keep an eye on the newcomers for a month or two
-[] The former Bandits (2 Fallen Hound Archons, 2 Yaenit Demons, 1 neutral Spyglass Archon) are now assets of the Inquisition, Garin should decide where to use them best
-[] The Legion Devils will, under the command of an Erinyes, help the Legion train against devils, while also mastering the Hellfire Crossbows we have left over
--[] They will only fight on an actual battlefield by special need, or once we have severed their ties to Hell

Okay.

The 3rd Legion has been updated, it currently stands at 8,600 men under arms and logistical corps. personnel.

2,000 MAA have been deposited in the regions in which they were trained temporarily under Garrisons. I will likely have already shifted them to other postings once I finish extending that part of the spreadsheet to cover all the new garrison postings.

I will also be covering Volantis' military decisions in the prelude to their annexations, so largely not a concern for the immediate turn plan.

@DragonParadox The presence of more than eight and a half thousand heavily armed former slaves with a reputation for beating Unsullied black and blue has lead to an increase in brown dye purchases from Tyroshi trade interests by intermediaries who's forward facing displays have actually shocked--shocked, I tell you--even the notably less effusive and obeisant Tyroshi nobility. Some of the comments they have received about the quality of their work going down "since freed men started producing for them" has led to an upsurge in public support for war--and amazingly a drop-off in indirect bribery of local officials.

Blatant bribery stopped working as soon as the majority of the Palace's decor started to be replaced by, and I quote, "Neo-Valyrian nicknacks". Teana was not best pleased by local magnates opinions on her sense of style.

Nor did she care.

Like that notion. We do need to live alongside these people (or quickly murder them). Joint operations against what are objectively considered enemies of all would do a lot to foster understanding (and understanding of capabilities so they can be killed more easily).
Ahh yes the duality of Viserys. Murder or alliance. Be careful though that you don't show our own hand to them.

[] Singers upon the flaming sea: Train phoenixes to safely harvest Fire Whale Gems for the betterment of both the pods and your own treasury, as well as setting up a safe trade route for all the gems
Action: Administration
Progress: 15
Cost: 10,000 IM
Upkeep: None (Will turn a profit)

The rest? Phoenixes! We will drown the world in a tide of favorite old teacher type Phoenixes! Mwahaha! Seriously though good idea to put them on the Fire Whale thing. Sticking the two honestly nice species we know of in the Plane of Fire with each other for mutual defense and profit (with us getting a wee cut).

Also how many do we have to summon before getting the chance to randomly grab a rare Shiny Greater Phoenix? I'm thinking one of those per pod as a Foreman.

Here's what I have so far;

@DragonParadox, Can we get a diplomacy action to visit with Danelle and her friends in the Reach?

Where should we send the Windward Society dudes, ya'll? They got seriously geared up this month (not that I've updated their sheets...) and are ready to rock.

@Crake The Misfits, along with Melisandre and Thoros are handling Harrenhal. Do we know how much of the month that's supposed to take? Regardless, there won't be time leftover for them to get involved in any sort of research or long-term mission, I assume?

[] The Secret of Life and Death: Analyze the lore obtained from Lord Bolton and Qyburn and see to bring the efforts made by the ex-maester to their conclusion, creating undead creatures that neither spread decay, nor need the constant attention of a skilled mage.(Progress 25, Cost 30,000 IM)
-[] Qyburn – The Secret of Life and Death
--[] Elaheh Marita (Kyton Fleshsmith) – The Secret of Life and Death (Assisting Qyburn – bonus 1d6 for fleshcrafting project applicable?)
--[] Stepstones - Research (Scholarum) - assisitng Qyburn.
--[] Mercy of the Soul - assisting Qyburn

[] The Godhunter: The fortress-ruin that held the Orb of Dragonkind still holds leashed power unlike anything you've ever sensed, but it remains dormant for now. With time, it might be possible to reconstruct the controls of that power, and with proper preparation use it as a weapon to slice away part of a god. (Progress: 16)
-[] Valeria – The Godhunter
--[] Lady Saenna – The Godhunter (Assist Valeria)

[] Forge of Creation: With Anu having finally restored the ritual necessary for creation of his kin, much may change... But for now, that is but a single ritual. To truly bring his people to life, something yet grander Is needed.
-[] Organise a magi-industrial complex capable of producing Warforged en-mass.(Progress: 30)
-[] Anu – Forge of Creation
--[] Svitran – Forge of Creation (Assist Anu)

[] Weaving Deepest Veils: Research the lore promised by Fey of Orphne court, wards capable of evading even a god's eye... even if not a perfect defense all by themselves. (Progress: 18 Cost: 11,000 IM)
-[] Lya – Weaving Deepest Veils

[] The Broken Pact: With many an Outsider now being a part of your Empire, developing ways of breaking them off the influence of their home planes may be a good idea.
-[] Break off Barghests from Hells (Progress: 5; Cost: ??)
-[] Velen - The Broken Pact (Barghests) (Progress 5)

[] The Tree Connection: While the Old Gods gave you what they remember about their beginning, the knowledge retained within the first dreams is still vague and hard to grasp for mortal minds. However, by examining the magic imbued in a Heart Tree both in the physical and other planes, you might be able to deepen your understanding of their true nature. It will be slow work though, as you can hardly take a tree apart for dissection.(Progress: 30, Cost: 50,000 IM)
-[] Vee – The Tree Connection
--[] Naria – The Tree Connection (assisting Vee)

[] Ancestor's Return: Develop a ritual to return Laenor Targaryen back to life, using rituals used for Amrelath, Wyla and leftover lore from Garin/Selyse's ritual (Progress: 8 Cost: 9,500)
-[] Dany – Ancestor's Return

[] Blood Maiden Plaques: Much as they were creatures undeserving of existence, they weren't always like that… or at least their ancestors weren't. It would do you good to understand where they came from to those shores. (Likely information on Drow history and society) (Progress: 6)
-[] Drow Assassins – Blood Maiden Plaques

[] TO BE DETERMINED - Force/Sonic Cannon Research
-[] Beryl

[] Gold and Shadow: The Fleet sailing to Yi Ti is your main counter to the Golden Company, but it is slow in coming, perhaps it would be best to send a set of eyes ahead, a set of hands too to tangle their plans
-[] Assigned: Tyene, Garin, Waymar, Nuri, Erinyes (x2)
--[] Special: Visit the Yi-Ti Expedition Fleet beforehand to pick up one the ancient Yi-Ti Scholars currently inhabiting a Construct.

[] Sober Truth: Deal with the darker elements of the the Cult of Zargreus once and for all, whether it be merely perilous excess or something worse
-[] Assigned: Glyra and Roaming Chaos, Xor, Sandor, Herald (x1), Guardian Naga (x1), Anya the Inquisitor, Mia the Inquisitor, Azema, Argo, Erinyes (x5), additional military and Scholarium forces (including Minotaur Fighters)

[] Goblins in order: Bring the Goblin market into accordance with the law of the realm before any of your citizens can be harmed though malice or ignorance
-[] Assigned: Malarys, Richard, Rina, Teana, Harbinger, Guardian Nagas (x2), Erinyes (x5), Fey Guide(s) from the Orphne Court

[] Sleepers under the Hill: Having established yourself much more solidly it might serve you well to awaken some of the remainder of the sleepers you left slumbering under the hill in Essaria.
-[] Assigned: Viserys, Dany, Lya, Richard, Malarys, Vee

[] Singers upon the flaming sea: Train phoenixes to safely harvest Fire Whale Gems for the betterment of both the pods and your own treasury, as well as setting up a safe trade route for all the gems (Progress: 15, Cost: 10,000 IM)

We still have Mammon's Devils' True Names avalaible, and they take a bit more priority.
Standard of Phoenix/Archon summoning is 20% of monthly HD-capacity, and Imo, that's more than enough.

They can all participate in one combat action elsewhere for free, in addition to Harrenhal. If they finish at Harrenhal early, you can get them started on something else at a slight malus.

Is joke. But cool. That's still more than I actually though would be feasible. Any chance of getting any of the Greater Phoenixes? Or are they out of casual summoning range?

Also is the vote for what to grow in the Fungus Forge and what to pay with a separate vote?

Are we going with a simple 50/50 split of the gems, between us and the Whales here? or will our rates be something we will have a vote about?

We just need 1 Phoenix per pod, the Phoenixes are there to act as harvesters not defenders, they will get their defenders, by buying them from the Fungus Forge, or hiring mercenaries.

Why? I'm being very serious here. Why are we even doing this? Why do we need undead legions? We can ake plant legions out of corpses, which is clearly better than undead legions.

A suggestion : send the Kython Fleshmith to help with Vee's research. Use the others to help research Project Praetorian, or use the Fleshmith to "Research Cosmetic Variations of Leshies" (it(s an option, and would immensely improve their PR and useability).

[] The Godhunter: The fortress-ruin that held the Orb of Dragonkind still holds leashed power unlike anything you've ever sensed, but it remains dormant for now. Not sure why this is needed, beyond the rule of cool. Is it worth the effort? Will they fight for us? The ethical implications are terrible, too. At least Leshies are free spirits who willingly took bodies and came to serve us : Warforged are basically sentient beings created solely to fight and die (and if not, they're probably often a waste of money).

This is an important action, but wouldn't she want help to finish faster? Couldn't we toss in Qyburn here, for example?

[] The Broken Pact: With many an Outsider now being a part of your Empire, developing ways of breaking them off the influence of their home planes may be a good idea.
-[] Break off Barghests from Hells (Progress: 5; Cost: ??)
-[] Velen - The Broken Pact (Barghests) (Progress 5)
I want to use Velen for this :

Vee really has been doing quite enough Research... Can't this wait a month? I'd love for her help in the East !

[] TO BE DETERMINED - Force/Sonic Cannon Research
-[] Beryl
Why? I wish that we didn't have to do this now. It isn't urgent at all ! Our weapons are decent already!

[] Gold and Shadow: The Fleet sailing to Yi Ti is your main counter to the Golden Company, but it is slow in coming, perhaps it would be best to send a set of eyes ahead, a set of hands too to tangle their plans

Vee should go too...

Can Teana do this while teaching ? Teleport is great, I guess.
[] Goblins in order: Bring the Goblin market into accordance with the law of the realm before any of your citizens can be harmed though malice or ignorance
-[] Assigned: Malarys, Richard, Xor, Rina, Harbinger, Guardian Nagas (x2), Erinyes (x5), Fey Guide(s) from the Orphne Court
I wouldn't take Orphne Court (they were recently a rival power), but would instead add in Viserys. This is technically almost conquest, after all : he should be there for it.
Worst case, take Glyra ! Or did she go to Yi-Ti ?

He was the sentient undead seer priest of Syrax watching over her temple in un-life. We took him along when we left because he was amenable to being resurrected.

While there's no guarantee of that actually netting us a hero unit, chances are he will be too bored and enter into a working retirement as a researcher or something of the sort, once he realizes that the spheres never really stopped turning and the end of Valyria is just another collapse that the world will pave over in no time.

We do not need undead legions, but it could be useful, when we stumble upon strong undead, we can convince to work for us, provided we can figure out how to apply it not just to undead we make, but to already existing undead.

Final Summoning tally:

Now, the Uniila's knowledge is dry, yes?

And DP, just so it's clear - we are questioning all Mammon's Devils for more True Names.
It's every other Outsider where we stop at "one removed" with this.
